Beautiful place to stay for a couple of nights.

Old convent nicely refurbished. Quiet. Spacious rooms with high ceilings with centuries old details and murals visible. The location is good.

The public spaces in particular the courtyard and the bar seem a bit of an afterthought. ‘Concierge’ service (information about sights, restaurants, shops) is missing.

Su ubicación El servicio de mantenimiento que nos ayudó con alguna deficiencia.

El baño muy pequeño e incómodo. Las puertas tenían ventanas traslúcidas que por la noche dejaban pasar la luz Las instalaciones necesitan reformas y pinturas

Espectacular

La ubicacion es excelente a dos cuadras del zocalo y la catedral , el servicio del personal del hotel excepcional , Belen de recepcion estuvo al pendiente de mis tours y se porto muy amable durante mi estancia. El hotel es hermoso con una arquitectura espectacular con amplios espacios para descansar.

Superb

Location is great - just a short 5 minute walk to the main plaza. The hotel is in a converted monastery with arches and little plazas throughout. Plenty of places to sit and have a drink, relax and meet with friends.

The hotel is beautiful, has a great location and is clean.

I booked 3 rooms all with queen beds and when we checked in we were told that they don't have queen beds in the hotel so we had no choice but to accept the rooms that we were offered at the time. The information you have on the booking app is incorrect, you need to correct this issue on the app as we expected to have queen beds in all rooms. In addition, in one of the rooms we did not have hot water, we tried to call reception and the phone did not work either.

Comfort in a fine central location

You cannot beat the location of this ex-convent turned hotel. Airy and spacious, it is a great option for a stay in Puebla. Breakfast was the only meal we ate at the hotel. Although the tables were laid in the central courtyard, we took our meal in the dining room located in interior of the building .It seems that we were one of the few to do so - probably for the reason that there are so many inexpensive eating options nearby and the courtyard is very cold in this winter season. No doubt, that would have been a delight in summer.

Room 234 was not up to the quality we expect from Quinta Real. Yes, the amenities were the same, the bed similarly comfortable but the layout of the bathroom was like being in a cupboard and the use of the lavatory was very uncomfortable as it was positioned in a corner with no leg space. We might have tried to put up with this had we enjoyed good internet. There was none, despite the staff loaning us a modem. Very disappointing. Fibre internet in a luxury hotel today is as important to international guests as electricity and running water. However, as stated above, the staff handled this problem professionally and accorded us a much larger and more pleasant room with a view onto a neighbouring street.
