The flat is located in the center town and you can enjoy walking many activities: - outdoor activities : hiking, beaches, excursions, fishing … - sports : water sports, tennis … - cultural activities : spectacles … - cultural inheritance : artisanal markets, churches, abbeys … - We can welcome you at the train station. - Private and closed parking place. - It is possible to rent sheets and household linen. Jullouville is a seaside resort with a long sandy beach with a promenade, shops, markets, footpaths. Jullouville is a great base for days out to visit. First of all, you can visit Granville, a fishing port and with old walled town. There are cinema, museums, swimming pool, golf ... The day before, you can confirm and precise your arrival day and hour. You can indicate on the rental agreement your cell phone number. The rental begins on Saturday until next Saturday. The flat is available from 4 PM the day of your arrival. You have to check out at about 10 AM the day of your leaving. (If you prefer, these hours can be modified so far as possible.) We required a 30% par payment when you book the flat. You can transfer payment. The total amount will have to be paid at your arrival.

Le top. Accueil très sympathique. Appartement clair et lumineux. Très bien aménagé, électroménager de haute qualité. Rien ne manque. Une vue magnifique d'1 balcon où l'on peut manger à 2. Literie très confortable. Je recommande chaudement !

Un appartement spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable, une vue magnifique sur la mer et la plage. Proximité du centre de Jullouville où l'on trouve boucherie, boulangerie pâtisserie, poissonnerie, supermarché, restaurants et autres commerces .... Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Appartement avec équipements récents. Beaucoup de confort : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four dernière génération, literie Merinos à mémoire de forme dans une chambre ! douche spacieuse, salle de bain de dimension respectable. 1 télé par chambre et une dans la salle à manger. De plus, vue sur la mer ! Garage souterrain et commerces pas trop éloignés où l'on peut se rendre à pied. Location à recommander !

We were excited about staying in this apartment because of the excellent reviews, but unfortunately our expectations were not met at all. The only really positive thing about the apartment is the view, which is truly wonderful towards the lovely sandy beach. Otherwise walking into the apartment is like travelling back in time. Everything is old, tired and overly used. The carpet in the living room is worn thin. The throw over the couch has a cigarette hole burn. The furniture is old-fashioned and clunky. The deco is a hotchpotch of mixed old “stuff”, put together without any concept or love. The kitchen utensils and cutlery have all seen better days. We got the impression that this must have been a retirement home that was furnished and equipped in the sixties or seventies and nothing had changed since then. The mattresses are worn and stained. No duvets are provided, just rough army-style blankets. The pillows have long since lost any shape and the casings are frayed and torn. The sheets are really old and the towels are small, rough and hard. My wife and I both suffer from a mild dust allergy, but being seasoned travellers we normally know what to expect and can cope well. Unfortunately, the bedrooms were teeming with dust and dust-mites. Under the beds there was a thick layer of dust and despite the owner’s protestations that she’d cleaned the apartment before our arrival, the floor had obviously not been vacuumed for weeks. We discovered why - both of the apartment’s vacuum cleaners were not working properly and only served to churn up more dust. We were supposed to stay here a week, but we decided to leave after 5 days, as the dust situation was causing us both severe breathing difficulties and sleepless nights. The owner recognized that we’d left the apartment in a lot cleaner state than it was on our arrival. Nevertheless she offered no compensation. All in all a disappointing stay and we wouldn’t recommend this apartment.

Eine Wohnung mit echt schönem Blick auf die Bucht von Mont Saint Michel. Zum Strand sind es nur zwei Minuten. Die Ausstattung war top. Genügend Küchenzubehöhr, um alle möglichen Gerichte zu kochen. Jullouville ist ein netter, nicht so überlaufener Badeort. Und die Umgebung bietet auch sehr viel Interessantes. Hinsichtlich Wetter muss man in der Normandie auch immer mal mit Wind und Regen rechnen. Das sollte man einplanen.

Auch wir möchten uns den abgegebenen Bewertungen gern anschließen. Der Urlaub begann mit einer freundlichen Begrüßung der Vermieterin in einer sauberen und bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung. Diese war liebevoll mit einer Mischung aus "alten" und modernen Möbeln eingerichtet. Es fehlte nichts; ein modernes Bad, gute Küchengeräte, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, WLAN-Anschluss, es war einfach alles da. Höhepunkt war der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer. Den ergeignisreichen Tag bei einen Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas französischem Rotwein auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen, was will man mehr... Das ist Urlaub pur! Die Wohnung können wir gern weiterempfehlen.

Sehr saubere Wohnung, hochwertige Elektrogeräte, sehr schöner Blick aufs Meer. Tiefgaragenparkplatz nutzbar, kleiner Balkon vorhanden, bequeme Betten und nette Vermieterin. Alles in allem wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Es hat uns richtig gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt :-)

Nous avons passé un très agréable weekend prolongé dans l'appartement de Monsieur et Madame Héleine. Vue imprenable sur la Baie du Mont Saint Michel, couchers de soleil magiques (le beau temps était de la partie), petite résidence calme avec une place de parking en sous-sol, appartement simple mais terriblement fonctionnel, très propre et très bien entretenu...tout cela a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Jullouville. Propriétaires très gentils, arrangeants et disponibles. Nous reviendrons !

Sauber, gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, ist vorhanden! Madame Heleine ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf der Strandpromenade ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß im hübschen Jullouville mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Schönste: die Sonnenuntergänge, die man vom Balkon aus genießen kann! Rundum empfehlenswert, wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Jullouville verbracht. Das Appartement hat eine wunderbare Aussicht, war sauber und gut eingerichtet und entsprach ganz den Angaben. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und mithilfe von Emails klappte auch die Verständigung auf Französisch ganz gut. Ein großes Danke-schön an Patricia und Jean-Claude!

Semaine magnifique dans un appartement charmant, bien meublé, bien entretenu, avec une vue sur la plage et la mer absolument inoubliable. Un propriétaire très sympathique et très accueillant. Petit bémol, le canapé du séjour........... mais bon, la vue est tellement belle qu'on en oublie l'inconfort. Un appartement dont je vais garder les coordonnées pour moi mais aussi pour les amis.

Appartement parfait (de très beau meubles anciens) et bien agencé, très bien tenu. Vue superbe sur la mer et les couchers de soleil, on ne s'en lasse pas, vacances très réussies, superbes ballades à pied ou à vélo. Accompagnement avant arrivée et réception irréprochable, propriétaires à recommander. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cette location.

Propriétaires super sympa.Location très agréable,très bien aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Superbe vue sur la mer. Promenades à pied le long de la digue,le marché de Granville fourmille de chalands, et puis le Mont St Michel,Cancale,St Malo valent le déplacement. Vacances très réussies.

Appartement confortable, trés bien équipé.Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire.Je recommande cette location pour les inconditionnels de la mer.Plage de sable fin. Activités nautiques diverses.Et surtout vue magnifique à toute heure du jour.N'oubliez pas votre appareil photo.Nombreux villages à voir dans la baie jusqu'à Cancale. A marée basse aller à la pointe du Grouin du sud juste après Genets: vue unique du Mont St MICHEL (émotion garantie).

"The apartment was very complete, microwave, t.v, radio, towels, bedwash, etc. And tastefully decorated. Parking was easy. It has a beautiful view of the beach. (which is very close). The owners are very friendly. Just don't take too much heavy luggage because there is no elevator.(second floor)We had a very pleasant stay!"
