You have room service available 24/7 and housekeeping visits on a daily basis. You have all the amenities of the resort which include concierge, restaurants, health clinic on site for emergencies and illness, cafe, hourly bus to downtown Cabo and back, cigar bar, ocean view gym and amazing spa, also wifi thru out the resort and at the villa. The concierge getting us all the info before we arrived was a nightmare, we paid for all inclusive and never did get receipts, out transportation coupons didn’t get emailed. However two bedrooms did not have air conditioners working for two days, the repair people were in the villa up till 9pm and 10pm at each night, coming in and going out as they please. The two rooms of couples were so hot they had to sleep with doors open so not really feeling secure. The pool and atmosphere was nice and relaxing once everything got fixed

This villa was exactly (if not better than) the description. The owner (Mr. Parham) was very responsive and helped out with all of the pre-trip information. The villa itself was beautifully decorated and the view was unbelievable. It was like having the best of both worlds, we would spend mornings and evenings at our own private pool and the afternoons at the resort pools! The staff for the villas was great (daily housekeeping and pool maintenance). This made for a great Spring Break for our families!
