The condo is lovely and spacious. It is decorated very nicely and is very comfortable. The view of the Gulf is perfect for sunsets! The short walk to the beach is easy to do and the beach is beautiful. Mike was easy to work with and resolved any issues we had.

We were absolutely thrilled with this property! First, it is beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. Loved having my morning coffee from a choice of balconies. The condo has every amenity you could possibly imagine - from
Beach towels, chairs and wagons for the short walk to the beach to a kitchen with everything (including spices!!). Mike was super responsive (within minutes!) and kind with my questions- and was gracious to let us arrive early in the morning as our flight landed at 8am!!
We are a family of 4 (2 teens!)- we walked to restaurants and went fishing off of the docks.
The island is gorgeous!

This condo was beautiful, very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. Also a large garage with opener and an elevator which was always easy to get on. The master bedroom and bath were fabulous, as was the large open kitchen. Plenty of closet space. Watched the sunset from the balcony whenever we wanted. Felt very safe there. People around were very friendly. Convenient to get off and on the island with groceries and restaurants close by. Enjoyed hunting shark's teeth at the beach, which was so nice to get to being right across the street, and it had a very nice restroom and boardwalk and small playground. It was always a full parking lot, and we were so glad we only had a short walk. Mike always answered our questions and concerns right away. He was absolutely wonderful as a host.

We enjoyed our stay. Great space for three adult couples. Within walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive to other options and shopping. Beach was out the driveway and across the road.

We loved this condo and had a great trip for a family of 6. It's well-appointed and the location could not be better. We used the beach carts and walked over to the beach each day. We also visited other beaches/state parks and enjoyed those too. The kids (1 12-yr old, 3 teens) liked it too, everyone was happy. Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Loved having a garage too, made things easy. Great communication with owner, he's very responsive.

Mike's condo was well built, well maintained and well stocked with items for beach, plenty of beach and regular towels. Also, meticulous and guest ready. A walk across the street to the public beach and the docks and bay almost out our back door as well as a stroll to many restaurants. I would absolutely come back and stay! Thank you MIke.

Enjoyable Vacation
This condo is beautiful and there is plenty of room for a family of five. It was supplied with everything we needed. The owner is extremely nice and easy to reach when I had questions. The beach is just a few steps away and pool time was very relaxing. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance and many others that are only a short drive. Also, I felt very secure the days and nights I was there alone.

This was a very spacious and beautiful condo. Very comfortable for our family. Multiple layers of keyless entry doors made it all feel very safe. Location to the beach is directly across the street (literally 1-2 minute walk). Kitchen was fully equipped and all beach items you could need in the awesome 2 car garage.
There were a couple minor cleaning issues that cleaners missed, but Mike was very quick to respond and address the issue.

Beautiful condo
This was a very spacious and beautiful condo. Very comfortable for our family. Multiple layers of keyless entry doors made it all feel very safe. Location to the beach is directly across the street (literally 1-2 minute walk). Kitchen was fully equipped and all beach items you could need in the awesome 2 car garage.

This was the greatest vacation spot! The old saying "location, location, location" applies here. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, well-furnished, and conveniently located to great restaurants. The beach is just across the street, and Mike furnished a nice beach cart and chairs for use. The City of Englewood is close, and it only takes a few minutes to hit the grocery store, CVS or Walgreens.

We were lucky to find this property for rent this year. It was perfect for us in that there were two bedroom suites and plenty of room. The owner, Mike, was extremely accessible and helpful. It was a great experience and we have booked again for next year! Thanks, Mike. See you next year!!

Just great!
Beautiful, spacious condo! Loved having an elevator, especially with hubby's bad knees. The location couldn't be better...just steps and across the street from the beach...and short walks to wonderful restaurants, and a mini-mart. The bay was very nice to see while coffee-drinking in the morning. Also, everyone we met there was so kind. Would highly recommend this rental, and definitely hope to stay here again in the near future! Thank you, Mike!!

Above Expectations!
What a perfect location! This condo was so spacious and clean, with a beautiful dock right off the pool for fishing. With the beach access right across the street, there is nothing more we could have asked for! We enjoyed the restaurants and playground within walking distance as well. The condo interior was upscale and well decorated, including everything we needed and more for an at-home feeling.

If this is available, book it. You won’t regret it. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Very nice place. Beach is just a short walk across the road. Kids loved the warm pool and hot tub. Very responsive owner. If we come back to Manasota Key we will be staying here. No complaints.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Condo was exactly as described. The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. There was plenty of extra beach chairs and a cart so we didn’t have to travel with ours. A selling point for us was the elevator at the facility. My mother doesn’t do stairs well and uses a walker so the elevator made it handicap accessible. The only thing we had an issue with was the boat dock, which wasn’t a huge deal, just frustrating. We vacation to Manasota Key often and this condo/facility, minus the boat dock, is by far the nicest place we have stayed. The owner also stayed in contact with us throughout the week checking in. We would definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend.

Keep coming back since 2017
We’ve stayed at the Kane’s condo several times since 2017 and this time was no exception! We have always had a great time boating, beaching, or just relaxing in this beautiful home. The condo is just as the photos show and is more than adequately furnished with all the necessities. The kitchen and living room balconies provide a nice space for sipping morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while gazing at the beautiful gulf. We especially love having access to the 2 car garage when unloading/loading during one of those notorious Florida rains. We look forward to our next stay at the Kane condo. Thanks Mike for being so accessible!

A Staycation vacation
Everything was great. We cooked a lot at the well furnished condo and by the pool with the weber grills. A short stroll across the street to the beach or the restaurants . Wonderful decks for relaxing and beach views. The owners are very hospitable and have everything you need in the spacious 2 car garage with beach chairs and a pull cart to ferry all to the beach.
We hope to be able to make this an annual stay with our family.

Outstanding condo and experience
Exceptional condo in a great location. Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Owner checked with us several times to be sure our needs were met. Two car garage was a plus as well. The walls must be super insulated because we didn’t hear anything from other rooms in the condo. Very peaceful and quite surroundings. Enjoyed the multiple decks of the condo especially at sunset! We also utilized the pool, hot tub and gas grill which were all very clean! Public beach and park across the street were great! We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else!

This condo definitely exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a place in Manasota Key, you can’t go wrong here!
The location is great (a few minutes walk to the restaurants or beach), it’s clean, super well stocked (We made an entire Christmas dinner with no problems.), very spacious so everyone is comfortable...the list goes on.
Mike was very quick to respond to any questions, which we appreciated. The check in/check out was a breeze as well.

Great Condo. Close to beach and plenty of room for the whole family. We loved the multiple decks with views of the Gulf. It was also great to have your own oversized garage. Right across the street from beach access and close to some great restaurants.

Beautiful condo stay in Manasota Key, Florida
Our “home” for 3 weeks has been in a lovely 3 bedroom condo right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Everything you could ever want or need is provided in this roomy, well appointed condo. Views from the main balcony are of the Gulf and from a side balcony, Lemon Bay. The owner has gone above and beyond to meet our requests and has always been available to answer questions. We had our children and grandchildren here for one of the weeks and there was room for all. There is lots to do in the area however we spent most of our time enjoying the condo’s amenities and the beautiful ocean.
