About this villa rental
Villa Elitheia is perfectly located in the family resort of Pernera with fantastic beach and water sport facilities less than a 10 minute walk away. There is a great range of restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops all within a 2-5 minute walk away. The villa is furnished in a modern luxurious style with everything you could need, giving it a fantastic home from home feeling. For the smaller guest, the villa has a cot, bed guard, high chair, baby monitor and safety gates on the stairs and patio door. The villa has a beautiful 8 x 4m tiled pool that is situated in the sunshine all day long, there are 8 loungers and plenty of room around the pool to choose your preferred sunbathing location. The roof terrace with its amazing views is a beautiful added extra. For a little shade and al-fresco dining there is a table and chairs with a large parasol next to a garden area and a gas BBQ. There is a 32' satellite TV, DVD player & DVD's, 19' TV in the twin bedroom for playing DVD's with a PS2 & games, iPod docking system, books and games. Travel: The villa is approximately 40 minutes by car from Larnaca airport. A car can be useful for seeing more of the island and visiting the larger supermarkets but it is not essential. One of the reasons for choosing the villa location was so that a family could spend a two week holiday eating in a different restaurant every night without the need for a car. There is also a bus service to and from the airport and also from Pernera to other main destinations and a taxi rank in the Pernera centre.

Gorgeous villa and surrounding area.
After 3 years since our last holiday this was just what we needed. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and spotless. Fantastic for families with all the games and pool accessories. Roof terrace is so beautiful and peaceful later in the evening. Hosts are so friendly and helpful. A side note, must visit Evalena bistro our almost daily visit.

Villa Alithea is a beautiful spacious and extremely well equipped villa. The roof terrace is such a lovely space to sit with a glass of wine in the evening. I can't recommend it highly enough aand we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Relaxing stay
Great communication from the host and management company both prior, and during our stay.
Villa is in a great location- close to Pernera with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to Lidl and Protaras.
The inside of the villa is nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the bbq is new. The pool area is nice but it does get very dark outside due to a lack of useful exterior lighting.
We had trouble with the bedroom air conditioning during our stay. The air con in 2 of the 3 rooms was very noisy, as were the ceiling fans. The management company were informed and rectified the problems on the same day.
Taxi’s to and from Larnaca airport were roughly €60 for 4people with 4 large suitcases. Protaras and Lidl were less than €10, while Ayia Napa was €20.

Perfect Villa, perfect Holiday
We are a family of 4 who have been travelling to the South East of Cyprus for over 10 years now. This was our first stay in Pernera (we usually stay in Protaras) but will not be our last. The villa is well maintained with everything you need and more. The location of the Villa is perfect - in a quiet gated road just 2 to 3 minutes walk to town where there are a number of excellent restaurants and bars (easily enough for a different restaurant every night). the beach is a further 5 minutes or so away and the local bus service (which is amazing) takes you into Protaras, Cape Greko, and Aiya Napa. The bus stop is a couple of minutes form the villa and the buses run every 15 minutes throughout the day. Would recommend the villa and resort to anyone. Thank you

Perfect
Our stay in the villa was excellent again. Everything about the villa is perfect it feels like you are home. It is near loads of bars and restaurants. We had breakfast every morning in the phenoix around the corner. Thanks again Evonne for letting us having your villa look forward to coming back next year.

Lovely relaxing stay at Villa Elithia
We had a lovely stay at Villa Elithia, all the comforts were provided for a relaxed 10 day break. The villa is a short walk to Pernera where you will find plenty of fantastic restaurants like Sizzlers, La Cultural del Gusto and Mojitos. There is also a decent supermarket L&G which is only a 5 min walk away. The villa has everything you need, a great pool with inflatables, free WiFi, air conditioning and is well decorated throughput. The welcome pack on arrival was also a lovely touch. The owners were fantastic to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone and hope to return again in the future.

We had a fantastic chill week at the villa.Probably a bit early in the season but still some very good places to eat and drink.The road works in Pernera were a bit of a pain but not enough to spoil our holiday.Thanks to Evonne and Aaron for allowing us to share their perfect home.We have found it a pleasure to deal with them and their team here in Cyprus.Would return without hesitation

Great Villa
Just returned from a two week stay at Villa Elitheia. Everything was perfect from our first contact with Evonne who made the whole booking process simple. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need to have a fab holiday and it's location is brilliant. Local restaurants served excellent food with our favourite being 'Sizzlers' which we visited three times!A couple of minutes walk to the local bus stop which takes you through Pernera, Protaras and finishes at Ayia Napa water park...for €1.50! Every 20 minutes so great service. On arrival at the villa the welcome pack was just what we needed as we arrived around 23.30. The pool was cleaned around 4 times during our stay also. If you're looking to book a villa in Cyprus look no further as this will satisfy your needs. We will hopefully return in the future should we decide to visit this area again.

Simply the Best!
Having been to many self catering properties in Cyprus over the past 10-15 years, this was as the title says!! We found the entire process from first contact with Evonne & Aaron to arrival at the villa to have been first class. The 'Welcome pack' was indeed welcome as we didn't arrive at the villa until almost midnight. The villa itself has absolutely everything you could every wish for and more to have an enjoyable stay, well maintained and spotless - the Wi-fi was particularly welcome!
Great location for the many bars and restaurants in the area - we didn't realise there were as many, having previously only driven through Pernera. We visited many of the restaurants all of which we enjoyed. We even took the bus into Protaras (€1.50 daytime 2.50 after 09.00pm one-way) to visit a few old favourites. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes from the Villa. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable 10 day stay, which we hope to repeat in the future!

Excellent well equipped villa in central location
Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this very clean well equipped villa. It was very relaxing particularly spending early evenings at the roof terrace and sunny days in the pool. The villa is ideally situated for walking to the town/harbour/beach and we spent most nights eating out. A fantastic villa for all the above reasons and we had a very enjoyable holiday. Hope to return.

Lovely private villa in peaceful location
This is a lovely villa in a very peaceful location but just a minute's walk to the Main Street. We loved just chilling by the pool without any noise round about us. The villa was immaculately clean and fantastically equipped with everything you would need to have a fantastic holiday! There was even an ice cream van which came round so can have an ice cream by the pool!
Like the previous review, we did struggle with the water pressure but we too managed and this did not impact on our holiday in any way.
If we visit the area again (which we do hope to do) we would definately come back here as it is perfect! No hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.

good clean villa with everything you need.
the villa was in a great location with shops and restaurants with in walking distant. the villa was very clean and every thing we needed for our 10day stay was available. the one thing we didn't like was the water pressure in the showers, we managed !!!! Would return to this villa again.

Superb Villa In Great Location
We thought it was a brilliant villa with almost everything you could wish for or need. We especially enjoyed relaxing with a drink on the roof terrace. Great location within easy walking distance of local bars, restaurants and beaches. We would not hesitate to return when we plan our next holiday in this area.

lovely stay
Villa Elitheia is in a great location close to the bars and restaurants but far enough away to be very peaceful. Evonne & Aaron have thought of everything to make your stay perfect, the only thing missing was pool towels which it says there should be but luckily i took my own. The pool area gets the sun all day, we didnt need to go to the beach. I booked this stay for my husbands 50th birthday and we sat on the roof terrace at night, it was perfect. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend to our friends and family.

Fantastic Holiday
As the title of the review (FANTASTIC) the villa, it's location, restaurants, bars and the beach.
The villa was as described, well equipped, clean and maintained, child friendly which was one of the main reasons we chose it as our two year old granddaughter was in our family party.
The welcome pack was much appreciated as we didn't arrive at the villa until 11pm.
There was an abundance of toys, DVDs for her to play with and watch as and when we needed them.
The Vila was maintained by Dave and Linda who called to see us the day after we arrived to check that everything was ok. We had occasion to call on them for a minor problem, which received immediate attention.
The villa location was a two minute walk from the shops, restaurants and bars, of which there was a great choice. the prices of the meals being very reasonable and the food really good with all of the ones we are in catering for children.
The lovely sandy beach was a two minute drive away, walking took 10 minutes. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The sea was calm, and you could walk out a long distance with the seabed being sandy and not pebbly ideal for children. There were pedlo's, speed boats, jetski and paragliding for the more active.
The ease of booking the villa, payment, security codes, directions and response times to e-mails sent to the owners Evonne and Aaron were excellent.
We would definitely recommend the villa and we will be returning.

It ain't half hot mum
Had a really nice time @ the villa - just me and the wife perfect for a relaxing break in the sun. The villa had everything we needed although we didn't do much except sit in sun, go for a dip in the pool which thankfully wasn't deep (I can't swim) so it was nice to be able to stand up at both ends.
Didn't use the kitchen much expect to open the fridge door and get a beer but it had everything you needed if you were thinking of cooking, although with plenty of good restuarants just down the road why bother!
Would stay again without doubt.
