Die Lage ist herausragend gut und fußläufig sehr nah zur Innenstadt. Öffentlicher Parkraum direkt vor der Tür in ausreichender Menge. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und wirklich lecker. Der Kaffee war erfreulich kräftig.
Die Betten sind leider mittlerweile etwas durchgelegen, aber noch in Ordnung für eine Nacht.
Beim Frühstück könnte man vielleicht eher etwas Aufschnitt nachlegen, als sofort Massen an - zugegebenermaßen sehr schmackhaftem - Belag auf die Tische zu stellen. Es war sooooo viel, dass leider immer etwas weggeworfen werden muss. Das kann man kaum schaffen aufzuessen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Die Lage direkt am Dom war hervorragend. Trotz Nähe zum Dom sehr ruhig; vor meinem Zimmer verlief nur ein Fußweg. Die wenigen Übernachtungsgäste werden zum Frühstück persönlich empfangen und am Platz bedient. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wenn man auf moderne Ausstattung steht, ist die Unterkunft nicht das richtige. Wenn man den Charme eines alten Hauses mit Dielenfussboden mag, ist das Gasthaus zu empfehlen. Klein und persönlich.

Super Lage, super schönes Haus, sehr nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Ein kleiner Haken ist, dass das Hotel auf Vegan/Vegetarische Ernährung nicht eingestellt ist, aber es wurde sich sehr bemüht auf uns einzugehen.

Die neue Pächterin ist sehr nett und das Frühstück war super👍
Die Bäder sind zwar sauber, brauchen aber mal eine intensive Reinigung der Verkalkungen.

it was cold in the room. the heat was turned completely off until we arrived and it took way too long to warm up

Great location in Speyer, parking available in an adjacent parking lot, nice breakfast. As any European city, parking is an issue. Evening/night parking is free, however, the parking meter had to be paid by 8 in the morning. The hotel is a lovely and quiet old building. No elevator.

We stayed one night here. The accomodation is around the corner from the church and there is a big parking behind it (paid parking between 08-18h). The room itself was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was okay with decent choice.
The curtains were semi-tranparent and let some light in the room during the night. The floor makes some noise, but this did not bother us.

The staff, location and breakfast
The cortains could be darker to block the artificial light from outside, the street lights in the city enter are on all night and very bright, what made a bit difficult to sleep.

Beautiful location with parking next to the hotel.
Nicely decorated room with various amenities. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious . Want to leave a bit earlier? Hostess came especially for us to serve breakfast earlier. Super. We will definitely come back!

The location was wonderful as it was walking distance to the cathedral, the Technik Museum and much more. The breakfast was very nice with lovely options, and the morning staff was very helpful.
My heater had not been switched on, which I didn't realize until later when I returned in the evening, so the room was cold. Also the shower didn't drain quickly which caused some flooding out of the shower to clean up.
