Encadrement de porte d’une chambre défectueux et à refixer. Robinetterie et joint évier cuisine à revoir. Canapé salon d’entrée à renouveler (vieux et non confortable).

Muy buena localización. Suficiente si solo vas a ir dormir. Relación calidad-precio aceptable (es barato, y así se ve reflejado en el sitio).

Mobiliario muy viejo y poco cuidado. Solo hay 1 juego de llaves. Muy caluroso.

Spacy appartments with private swimming pool and parking inside the premises. More maintenance and airconditioning would help to improve the quality. The appartments are 3 minutes walking from the beach.

Noisy nights - neighbours sitting and talking in the courtyard or balcony till 5 o'clock morning. Eventhough they were not talking loudly, it was like they were sitting just next to the bed. Every night someone else. Keys pickup was tricky - we got several very long messages with at least two addresses in spanish language to the booking.com application before arrival. The application on iPhone in czech language does not enable either direct translation or at least copy and paste. Finally we had to phone to the showed phone number where the lady told us the reception address in the way our GPS was able to locate it.

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT The owners were incredibly rude, although the apartment was quite underwhelming, were only there for work we did not plan to be in the apartment much. The first issue, there was no hot water. we asked several times for this to be resolved however we heard nothing back whatsoever. upon checking out the owners began to blame us for noise complaints they had received from the apartment OPPOSITE ours - we heard the noise every night out selves but choose not to say anything. Our apartment was spotless and we were still refused our €150 deposit back. To make matters worse we realised we had left money on the side and kindly asked to be let back in to retrieve it, they refused us entry back into the apartment. day light robbery. I hope no one else falls victims to this obvious scam!!!

it’s near the beach and Condis is a walk when you need to buy something there are some restaurant nearby too. the staff is friendly.

I didn’t like that it’s cold no heater. but in the summer it’s perfect im sure. and it’s my first time to stay where you put the linen by yourself and take it out by yourself when you check out.

The location is very near to the beach

On our first night there we got robbed. Al our wallets with cash, cards and ID`s were stollen and even a tablet. They were stollen from our purses thru a window which had bars! The robbers slide the window open and with a stick they pulled our purses near the bars and rumaged thru them and took all. All that in an inclosed yard! I think everybody should know this in order to protect their belongings better andm maybe the property can advise better the security mesures.
