villa parfaitement conforme à la description et très bien entretenue Nous avons été bien accueilli par Léo, avec quelques fruits et des petites bières ! Piscine et jacuzzi sont très agréables Le propriétaire passe tous les matins très tôt pour l'entretien, cela ne nous a pas dérangé

Maison bien situé mais vieillotte
La maison niveau géographique est bien situé, mais elle reste assez vieillotte ou nous avons eu pas mal de soucis : des télécommande qui ne fonctionnent pas , dès le 2ème jour d’arrivé , une fuite dans les wc du bas ou le propriétaire n’a pas su la réparer et nous a laissé un joint de silicone … c’est nous qui avons du le faire … coupure d’électricité suite à l’utilisation du sauna ( ou juste une machine à laver tourner en même temps ) au vu de la maison c’est aberrant …. Un jour nous n’avions plus d’eau du tout , le propriétaire ne regarde pas son courrier donc nous sommes resté sans eau de 9h à 16h sans être prévenu …. Le propriétaire gentil nous explique tout en détails pour la maison mais est un peu trop présent à notre goût et pense que nous ne n’avons pas prendre soin des objets … cela étant assez pesant … à part ça , pour des enfants la maison est peu fonctionnel car les pièces sont toutes dispatchés avec des escaliers … assez dangereux pour des enfants en bas âges ( chambre enfant au grenier ) pas de couteau qui coupent juste le couteau à fromage !!
Et le voisinage est vraiment atroce … soient ils se plaignent soit ils font trop de bruits … bref , pour le prix on s’attendait à mieux !

Het is een bijzonder fraai huis in een schitterende tuin met een mooi zwembad en jacuzzi. Drie punten van aandacht: 1. De slaapkamers zijn erg warm en nauwelijks te luchten 's avonds of 's nachts. 2. De eigenaar komt elke ochtend langs voor het schoonmaken van het zwembad en onderhoud van de tuin. Hij bleef steeds langer, we hoorden hem duidelijk en hij bleek ook binnen te kijken. Een serieuze aanslag op onze privacy. 3. Op de dag van vertrek oefent de eigenaar druk uit om eerder kamers vrij te maken omdat hij aan de slag moet/wil met schoonmaken.

Wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar die een uitgebreide uitleg geeft over het huis. Het stadje zelf is minder gezellig, het is een al wat grotere stad. Wel voldoende winkels; bakkerij, supermarkt e.d. Grote steden zoals Cannes, Grasse, Monaco zijn vlot bereikbaar.

Het is huis is perfect gelegen in de buurt van Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Grass en het vliegveld van Nice. Het huis zelf ligt zeer beschut en rustig op een afgeschermd terrein. Een ruim huis en grote tuin met prive zwembad, jacuzzi, trampoline, tafeltennistafel, wifi, TV met Nederlandse zenders en zelfs een kleine fitness ruimte. Zowel tuin als huis zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Supermarkt op 3 kilometer afstand. Onze groep bestond uit 2 volwassenen en 6 kinderen (11-17 jaar). Voor iedereen voldoende vermaak. Een week vol luxe en ontspanning.

Wat een huis zo mooi en zoooooo schoon en zo groot wat hebben wij van alles genoten. En wat een leuk gezellig welkom en wat een leuke verassing een heerlijke fruitschaal met heel veel fruit en koude biertjes en een lekker sapje zette Leo voor ons op tafel. Inderdaad komt hij elke ochtend de planten het mooie grote zwembad en jacuzi onderhouden maar dat vonden wij alleen maar fijn. Zo.n mooi schoon huis met alles wat je maar wenst om een fantastiche vakantie te hebben hadden wij nog nooit gehad. Wij kunnen niets bedenken wat er niet was of niet goed was aan dit huis. Dus Leo bedankt dat we jou paradijs voor 2 weken mochten huren. We hebben leuke uitstapjes gedaan cannes , Saint tropez ,Italie en leuke bergdorpjes en stadjes aan de kust Met de boot naar de eilandjes is ook heel leuk. Prima vakantiehuis en flexibele eigenaar. Wel even wennen aan zijn dagelijks bezoek in de vroege uren, maar heeft niet geleid tot overlast. Wel enige druk op privacy. Huis is voorzien van alle benodigdheden en alles was schoon en fris. De z.g. fitness ruimte is bij zonnig, warm weer wel erg warm, wat kan leiden tot warmte-overloop naar andere kamers in het huis. Wij hebben erg genoten en zouden het zeker nog wel eens boeken. Prima!

Na telefonisch melding prima door de eigenaar ontvangen, die alles keurig en precies uitlegt. De mooiste (vakantie) week ooit. Een prachtige villa met alles erop en eraan. De omgeving (met een auto) leuk om te bezoeken en steden als Cannes (op 15 minuten) etc. in de buurt. Hebben daar vaak gedineerd. Zeker aan te raden.

Sind Juli deze villa 2 weken geboekt met ons gezin 4 pers. waarvan 2 dochters 13 en 17 jaar. Bij aankomst stond de eigenaar ons op te wachten wat al heel prettig overkwam. Bij aankomst heeft hij meteen de villa/tuin en diverse zaken uitgelegd. Wij voelde ons meteen op ons gemak. Het is een villa met veel ruimte. Tip houd overdag alles dicht. Er is geen airco. Wij kregen op onze slaapkamer een fan. Misschien is een plafondfan in alle slaapkamers wel een idee. Airco is dan echt niet nodig. S avonds deuren of ramen opengooien. Wel lichten uit zodat muggen natuurlijk zoveel mogelijk buiten blijven. Dat er veel muggen in deze tijd zijn is natuurlijk normaal. Je wordt vooral s avonds buiten geprikt. Goed insmeren dus. We hebben echt twee heerlijke weken gehad. Een complete woning met alles erop en eraan. Een prachtig goed onderhouden tuin. Eigenaar komt +/- 7.00 uur iedere dag de tuin sproeien en evt indien nodig het zwembad onderhouden. Wij hebben hiervan totaal geen hinder ondervonden. Er was een defect in onze slaapkamer met de elektra en de eigenaar heeft meteen actie ondernomen en altijd in overleg met ons gehandeld. Probleem was keurig verholpen. De villa ligt ook lekker centraal. Er is in de omgeving zoveel te bezoeken. Op een paar minuten ook een grote Casino ( supermarkt)waar je alles kan krijgen. Het is ook fijn dat de villa achter elektronische hekken bevind. Wij hebben allemaal een super vakantie gehad! Wie wil er nou niet 's ochtends met het dilemma zitten van Gaan we onder de prieel of op het terras ontbijten? om daarna in 4 stappen het zalige zwembad in te duiken. Wij komen nog heel graag eens terug!

De eerste indruk van de woning was perfect . Een heel gezellig huis . Zeer mooie en verzorgde tuin ! Perfecte ligging ! Tuin werd goed onderhouden Door de eigenaar ! Binnenin is de woonst gezellig aangekleed in een landelijk interieur . Grote oprit en genoeg ruimte voor 2 of 3 wagens. Zeer rustig gelegen. Niets last van lawaai . De eigenaar was vriendelijk maar zeer gestrest. En soms ook onvriendelijk . Onze aankomst was in de ochtend. Samen met de eigenaar verkenden wij de woning. Dit werd ons tot in de puntjes uitgelegd hoe alles werkt en waar alles te vinden is . Ook werd ons onmiddellijk duidelijk gemaakt hoeveel iets zou kosten voor ons als we het zouden stukmaken . Dat zorgde ervoor dat wij heel onze vakantie ons toch ongemakkelijk voelden om te bewegen zowel binnen huis als buiten . Er was een jaccuzi voor 5 personen. Maar van de eigenaar mochten we er met maximum 3 mensen in . Jammer. Wij hadden 2 honden bij namelijk 1 labrador als 1 chihuahua . Maar de eigenaar zou beter geen honden toelaten . Want hij had liever dat wij hen vast bonden en gaan wandelen met hen . Dan dat ze los liepen. Ook mochten ze liever niet op het gras komen. Nadat wij de rondleiding gekregen hadden begonnen wij aan het ontbijt. Jammer genoeg was al het bestek . Potten en pannen . Borden. Glazen en noem maar op zo vuil als dat het maar zijn kon !!!! Dat was echt een serieuze afknapper ! Wij hebben alles eerst heel hard moeten schoon maken ! En dit voor 3000 euro per week te betalen zou niet mogen zijn ! Toen wij dit melde werd de eigenaar kwaad en zei dat we zeurende klanten zijn en beter naar een hotel geweest waren ! Ook de handdoeken die we besteld hadden waren niet proper . In sommige kamers is er dringend nood aan nieuwe meubelen ! Zoals kleerkasten . Daar mag zeker iets aan gedaan worden. In 1 badkamer was geen licht. Onze vakantie op zich was super . Jammer van de minpunten . Maar de omgeving maakte alles goed !
