More than okay, but one night only.

Spacious room, clean. Good food and helpful staff.

The single beds are highly uncomfortable. Bad linen and poorly made.

Good place to stay.

Nice quiet place, with a beautiful view from the large terras of the room. Staff very friendly and supportive.

Besides the 2 single beds in the room it was also that the bed-linen were worn out/thorn. And don't trust the location indicator by Booking.com, it's not that far off but surely will keep you running in circles until you ask around the locals.

No wifi, washroom screen was visible, no tv channels were available other than local language,fan regulator was not working.

Great location, friendly staff, yummy food, clean pool, Good size room.

Mattress was soft. It would be better if they provide firm mattress . Even pillows were very soft.

Not worth the price charged. We do not pay such price for a more than required space in the suit.

Location and breakfast was average.

Service level. Electric Kettle and TV was not warking properly. Electrician could fix TV but Kettle was not working properly. Even the in room tea arrangements were much below the price charged. Also, there was nothing to do considering it was called a "Resort".

Excellent location, comfortable room, really friendly staff..

Dinner was not appreciable. Salt was hardly in them . Not to a level of 3 star hotel.

The location, cleanliness, quietness and the food.

The Room advise like there is no clarity between Deluxe Room vs deluxe suite. Booking.com suggested to book Deluxe suite for 2+2 with just 1 double bed which doesn't fir for 4 people and we had to go for extra bed. We could have gone for 1 extra bed with deluxe room and saved 4k rupees. The Booking.com was suggesting to go for either 1 Deluxe suite or 2 deluxe rooms. We did not make right decision due to wrong data showed by Booking.com

Decent but can be better.

The view from the room was lovely. The staff was very helpful and forthcoming but very slow. The rooms were old but clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable since the mattress was very old and the bedding poor. They charge you money equivalent to other resorts in Bangalore or Mysore but the facilities or services are nowhere near!

Restaurant wasn't serving everything on the menu which was bit of a disappointment.. milk wasn't available when asked in the night and was told it would be only available in the morning - difficult to understand how such a big hotel doesn't keep even a glass of milk

good and enjoyed alot

Breakfast was good. Overall staff is very friendly. Enjoyed with my Family. The location is little interior except that location and beech view is really good. U cab enjoy with private beech .

Room cleaning staff need to polite with customers.. If check out time little late , while telling to the customer they need be polite. They should not raise their voice.
