Bonne situation par rapport au village. Terrasse ensoleillée donnant sur un etang. Très bonne literie, propreté de la chambre.
Pas de point négatif mais peut-être la proximité du casino peut s'avérer dérangeante en haute saison.

access to the city on foot is a bit dangerous especially at night. nice breakfast but needs mor staff to clean up tables and serve quicker

Large rooms with kitchenette facilities. Car parking. Surprise laundry machines to rent.l, which was an added bonus when travelling.
The sauna is not left on, requiring reception to turn it on when you ask. This then takes 30 mins to heat up. Kitchen inconsistent with utensils.

the price was ok, it was rather clean and good bedding. the room is old fashioned with a metal panels on the wall!
the receptionist started knocking our doors at 11.30 at night when we were sleeping! he demanded us to pay for the room which had been already paid and refused to go away! I demanded him to call the police and only then he left! we believe he was drunk! we have two children, they got frightened!!!! we were very stressed as we only wanted to spend a quiet night at this hotel! terrible experience! the air conditioner didn’t work and it was very cold in the rooms

we have stayed at this hotel before but this was not a good time, the comfort room is dated, I forgot that the privelage are better
the checking in before 1700 was not clear at booking and the staff on arrival was a little hostile
when we came back no mention of breakfast or wifi code given

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the hotel is clean with good rooms.
On booking.com it was specifically stated that the spa facilites were open and available, however, upon arrival we were informed that the spa is closed for renovation for the whole winter. We were disappointed by this false advertisement. For just a room without spa there are cheaper options available nearby. The staff did offer breakfast as a compensation though which was nice.
The 'double bed' was just two single beds pushed together.

Spa - €15 each additional charge but sauna and heated chairs not working, plus no towels. A nice setting but needs to be fully functional to charge extra.
Questionable 3 stars to be honest - but easy access to Gruissan village - which is nice

Service is bad, inexperienced staff without any empathy or/and (?) any professional training in hospitality.
Furnitures are worn out .
Breakfast good (but I was not able to understand if the chief cooked fried eggs or scramble eggs... Perhaps the mix of both in one recipe... )
