Serving staff in restaurant very nice.
Desk staff unhelpful. many things closed. location.

Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, staff friendly.
Some of the facilities ( waterpark, and waterpark changing rooms and rental bikes) were dated and a little tired. Having said that my children loved our stay and the staff were super helpful and kind.

Taiwanese breakfast in a big hall. Because low season they just brought a bunch of stuff to the table.
Staff is very friendly.
Rooms are nice and clean, but sparse.
