bed was shabby. pillows were dirty and smelly. couldn’t sleep the whole night

the overall views from the room, size of the room and the staff were good

we had gone primarily for Darshan and the hotel is an auto ride away from the temple. So not very practical

The location of the property, the surroundings and the staff. it’s proximity to the Shreenathji temple.

Almost everything else. The property was in poor state of repairs. The towels provided were not properly cleaned. The shower head had muck on it. The kettle had calcification as it hadn’t been cleaned for years. the toilet bowl had brown streaks. The breakfast was poor and cold also replenishment was very slow. The bedsheets and pillows were also not hygienically cleaned. Too expensive for what was on offer.

Beautiful property, courteous staff.

INR 300 for a to and fro Auto service to the temple market is a big expensive. Hotel can consider its own Auto or even a free service. Food while adequate in quantity and service was a bit spicy and tasteless.

Resort location is great cleanliness can be improved hot water 24 hours instead of limited period food was not all that great need improved staffing also not adiquate

was stayed in same property for three times earlier but not satisfied this time as rooms are not so clean as well as balconies also very dirty , shower handle also not at it best and no TVV network available with them as set top box nor rechared in time. Rooms are having bad smell and not properly maintanied as they charges. Very Reputed hotels are in operation nearby with cheaper rates in compare to this hotel.
