Noise level (very very loud non stop music, traffic noise), lack of services (can't even buy a bottle of water, although you can get food delivered)

The staff is amazing! Special shout-out to Gary and Pablo! They were attentive, accommodating, and friendly. Aside from that, the bed was so comfortable and the hotel and room was very clean and modern. The location is fantastic and close to everything. I loved the view from the balcony which overlooked the park across the street. The Wi-Fi worked great, and when I needed anything the staff was always hands-on. It was just a real cozy, warm and welcoming place to stay and I will absolutely be booking with them again in the near future.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about this property. I travel to Cali, Colombia 3 times a year and Hotel Piaro will be my new found place to stay. Thanks for making my stay worry free and wonderful.

The location was very convenient to a small grocery store and bakery. Also just a few mins walk from a nice park and a short taxi ride away from a nice dog park with restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and staff was helpful

cant really think of anything I didnt like other than the iron situation. Although a iron was provided at request, it would have to be turned back in after every use. I thought that was kind of inconvenient

There was not breakfast due to pandemia...!!!?? My studio first was in the 6th floor,real nice and clean and very beautiful view of the mountains from balcony,but I didn't have WI FI signal
