Thanks kirman Sidemarin You Made Our Vacation

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Sharif for his good treatment and reception of us, and the facilities that made our vacation wonderful, as well as all the workers at the resort for their kindness and cooperation with us and our children. The food, sweets, and activities were wonderful. God willing, we will return to this resort on the next vacation.

Disappointing

Hugely overrated one. Not level of 5 stars. Clean inside and modern but outside is dirty and old fashioned equipment that requires repair and love. Nice location

Mess and crowded spaces outside, pools requires repairs, kids room also in a poor state. Extremely loud music whole day, not for relaxing.

Wonderful but with some fine tuning can be 100%

Amazing full board service which exceeded our expectations, awesome location

Training should be provided to staff who don’t smile and to some arrogant to better attitude (10%) Calls should be answered all times by in hotel operator English training

Very relaxing !

Main Buffet is excellent. All other restaurants are amazing too for all your needs along the day. The hotel is very clean. The gaming room for the kids is also perfect to spend some free time.

The music from the evening party is loud quite late in the evening.

Best stay in Antalia..nice location...excellent services...Hamam and Spa are a must....food and beverages were excellent.....Yasmin- wonderful manager of the property.

They offer a great selection of services, you will enjoy your time

the staff in gastronomy is mostly untrained, probably cheap, uneducated workforce. even though you have a vast selection of free cocktails included, you may not get them, because the bartender does not know how to make them. However, some of the staff is highly skilled and educated, so it is up to your luck which one you get at the time

It is a resort that has all you need, their private beach is 5 minutes walk from the pool and it has many sun beds so you can always find one that is free. The pool is gorgeous and you never want to go out of it, there are also many restaurants with excellent food that you can access in different times of the day. Each day there are 3 events (like pool party, dance, etc) that you can join and enjoy. There are also other sport facilities that you may use. There is also grilling kiosk + freshly made bread in the beach area. Most of the staff are kind and helpful.

The quality of the drinks in the beach area was medium (in my standard is low..). We were told that we can use the Turkish bath for free and only for the massage we need to pay something extra. However, when we went to book the Turkish bath we were asked to pay 35 euros.. The SPA, pedicure and manicure services are not free and I think it should be said in the services explanation. It was very hard to find free sun beds next to the pool since people were “reserving” them before 8AM via putting their towels on them.

This stay has been the worst so far, no atmosphere, boring and not much going on.

The location was ok, the cleaning lady was lovely and the pools were nice.

We wanted to have a look at the hotel before checking in the next day, as we had stayed nearby for a night. We were treated suspiciously, even though we had proved we had booked! Were followed around as we looked, even by going to the toilets. Very strange and unnecessary. The next day, check-in took quite long. They don't speak English very well, most of them. Better for you if you are German or Russian as the guests are mainly from there, also many Turkish guests. The staff was quite rude, not everyone of course, but in general, you felt not very welcomed. The big issue with taxis coming in or services we used, Hamam pick up from places around. You had to explain several times why they were coming in and offering the driver water in the lobby, it was refused, fuming! You get asked by the spa people all the time when are you coming for a treat! Overpriced anyway, so you have to negotiate then they are going down a bit. Also, parasailing and jet skiing is too expensive. 75£ for 15 min jet ski?? The list goes on, food is very repetitive as well, would not recommend being honest. There are much better hotels around.

Beach which is assigned to hotel is very rocky, all my family got hurt the first day, we went 200 m to the right where the beach is better. Garden view in a part of rooms is a view on the construction.

the food was amazing, especially the lunch BBQ by the beach. the rooms were very clean comfortable.

they offered one meal at any specialty restaurant but when we tried to make reservations, they were fully booked for all of our dates. they also said that the restaurants have a capacity of around 30 people so it’s very difficult to get a spot. considering how big the hotel is and how many people go there, having a 30 people capacity at the restaurants makes no sense. there need to be more staff members who speak English. I understand they get a lot of Russian speaking guests but there were hardly staff members who spoke English and it became difficult for us to communicate with them

A great place to spend vacation.

The food in the main restaurant was outstanding as well as the quality and availability of beverages (all-inclusive). Staff was very friendly and helpful (restaurant, bars, pool and beach area). The bed was comfortable, and both the room and the bathroom were spacious. All areas were very clean and well maintained.

Although we were very satisfied with our stay there were some minor inconveniences. It was difficult to find free lounge chairs near the main pool area as some guests would leave there towels early in the morning to "reserve" them. Housekeeping schedule was unpredictable. All this has been caused by a large number of guests in the resort.

I would definitely go there again.

The hotel has everything for a perfect vacation: pools, kid pools, game room, cinema, spa, massage parlor, stores, bars, cafes, the list goes on and on! And it has it’s own beach!

Very good mid level hotel

The property is very welcoming and location os really good. The view from the room was awesome. Food was good and healthy. The hotel has one of the best deserts I ever ate. Animation, pools are good also. Swimming from pier is a must have to try :) Very good kids animation and kids chef even. Good kids club amenities and playground. The hotel price/quality ratio is really good.

There is always something which you can improve: - have a better connection to the promenade, now you need to through small, dirty and danger bridge. Or you can climb over a small cement wall near playground. - shower gel and shampoo might be better. They are not producing foam and doesn’t have pleasant odor. I think, this is really easy fix, please consider them to change.
