Mosquitos and smell

Price per value ratio is very good

1) no mosquito nets in the windows so you can not let the fresh air in 2) audibility. Very thin walls you can hear even when your neighbors go to toilet. 3) light in the room is not bright 4) the room smells bad. It goes from ventilation hole 5) a lot of mosquitos in the room. 6) they advertised the room as family room for 4 people. In fact the bed was not king size and only 3 people could be allocated on it 7)advertising description of the room is misleading

Everything be just fine.

Everything is good can recommend this hotel for this price. the staff were very helpful. Really liked the swimming pool The food at the small restaurant was very good and the staff pleasant.

Para el precio que vale es IDEAL.

Habitaciones espaciosas, soleadas y muy bien ventiladas. Sábanas y toallas muy limpias (aunque bien usadas). En el hotel mismo hay una maquina de 7/11 y otra de bebidas más una de relleno de botellas de agua. A 2 pasos tienes un par de restaurantes thais muy baratos, un par de bares y poco más. Zona extremadamente tranquila y segura. Muchos de los hogareños son hombres europeos jubilados que van a pasar allí temporadas largas con sus parejas tailandesas pero son un amor y te cuentan historias increibles. Necesario alquilar moto y en 2 minutos te plantas en cualquier parte.

La limpieza de las habitaciones no es profunda y se nota allí donde las asistentas no llegan: la parte superior de las baldosas del baño, encima del espejo... deberían una vez al mes hacer lipieza profunda de cada habitación para evitar que se acumule polvo, porquería y humedad en esas zonas. Los bajos de los muebles tambien necesitan una pasadita con el trapo.

Personalet var ikke så imødekommende. Der sad to kvinder i receptionen, som aldrig smilte og virkede irriterede, når man spurgte om noget. Dog om aftenen sad der en mand i receptionen, som var rigtig sød

Nothing good about this place.

Rooms in both old and new buildings were dirty and had no basic provisions in the room. There was blood and other markings on the wall. The location was a good way from the sea too. I stayed 1 night and checked out with no refund. Worst experience ever. Avoid.

Far enough away from town centre but only cheap price in taxi if you have grab Rooms really big great too if you are working remotely..ideal set up 7 eleven and other shops plus lots of places to eat within walking distance

the stay was good, the price are cheap, I liked the pool and the location

the room was really big, fresh towels, toilet paper are provided, also one water bottle a day

the bathroom was not really clean, there was mold on the sink and the wall in the shower also the hotel could provide more water, it’s necessary to drink enough with the hot wether and 600ml a day are not enough

Clean place, pretty nice balcony view, comfy room with all what needed, staff was friendly

Our room was close to a elevator which was beeping all day and all night long And to have cleaning service provided we had to ask about it particulary in the front desk and leave the key which was fine except that the same applied for toilet paper supply

Booked an extra few nights

Very pleased with my room for the price, I believe they have listened to reviews because I had new fresh smelling bed linen and the room was pretty clean. it's a $15 room at the end of the day so a few marks and ageing are expected here and there. Wi-Fi was great AC worked well, a little bit noisy but no bother and the pool was nice to jump in on a hot afternoon. I also liked the fact that power stayed on in the room as I generally have to charge something while I am out. Very close to enough shops and restaurants including 7/11 and family Mart but its about a 2km walk to the main beach.

No Safe inside the room or boxes at reception, I carry expensive equipment and cash and this bothered me
