Nothing, to costly and not value for money breakfast was good

Too costly and it's not worth spend more than 1500 per person as no dinner and no lunch available in price as complementary..

the heated pool and food was very good.

there was a mouse issue in my room. also the bathroom door was slightly broken and didn’t lock

Its a big vast property, staff is polite. There is recreation room as well having carrom, tt, pool, foos ball etc so one can have good fun there. Also, there is turf to play cricket or football etc. It has a temperature controlled swimming pool as well. Parking space is huge and it has few other fun activities as well. Overall, a nice property with lot of activities to spend time.

Quality of food can be better. Although they have good spread but taste is not upto the mark, whatever items we ordered were not upto the mark and costly as well for that quality of food. And both the times we visited the pool, we didnt find it very clean so had to avoid.

#1: Temperature Controlled swimming pool #2: House keeping staff were helpful #3: Overall ambience was good, but can be more attractive #4: Good options at Breakfast in Ambrosia restaurant. Also, quality was good.

#1: Property was too much expensive (Charged as per luxury resort), but doesn't look like a luxury type #2: Only one restaurant in the resort 'Ambrosia'. Buffet costs too much expensive, Rs1199 + taxes. Food quality of buffet was not upto the mark. I would rate below average for cleanliness.

Dissapointing birthday celebrations.

I had booked this location for celebration of my wife’s bday. To which when I inquired about anything special can be done so the staff informed me that they have package for bday at 3500/- which includes bday banner+balloons +cake(1/2kg) Normally all these are complimentary in any of the premium resorts/hotels. Still I went ahead with the deal & paid in advance for everything but to my disappointment the cake never arrived & I had to follow up a lot & it spoiled everything. Also the staff didn’t knew who took the booking & it was complete lack of communication between the team. Also the staff could have been a bit more courteous. Think twice before booking this.

Room had lots of problem. AC control not working, Water not heating in bathroom. Wall was damp and leaking.

The expanse of the property and the greenery around. The friendly service and good breakfast..

The deck chairs still had water over them even after it had stopped raining. Our driver had to sleep in the car.. The property is so huge, hence requesting the management to make arrangements for their stay within the premises. The accommodation provided was substandard.. A hoarding of Tropical Retreat at the turning to guide people of the hotel's location is mandatory.

Bad and pathetic experience.

Nothing as such . It was a basic one.

I booked looking at the retreat spa and massager services. But it was out of service. Neither it was updated on partner site not on their site. There was loud music and noise till 12 mid night . I could not sleep because of this. It was like staying in a mohalla or slum side at night where the neighbour is playing some loud music. really pathetic experience. Those who are planning to book this facility please avoid. Not at all value for money.

It's at a great location, one hour drive to bhandhardara, the view of the hills from the room was spectacular..we enjoyed the temperature controlled pool. The staff is good and was a pleasing experience

Food is overpriced for the quantity No activites for toddlers so they to get bored we had to move out to explore , a max of 2 days sounds good Adventure activities were not functional
