Very good location, 10mins walking to both best Rovinj beaches. Friendly owners, child friendly garden. Free parking!

Smaller furniture renovations could be made but keeping price/value ratio into account this is nothing at all

Apartment location is great. 10 mins walk from the beach, close to the center, but out of the tourist crowds. It has all needed facilities. We enjoyed terrace very much, having there breakfasts every morning, lunches and suppers time to time. The apartment is situated the way it was not hot, always nice shadow however at the same time- a lot of light. There is a gas stove in apartment. Host was extremely hospitable. Meeting us on a day of arrival, available on the phone immediately.

My host, Regina didn't speak english, so communication at the check-in and check-out was a bit difficult. Her granddaughter, Mia helped us. But at all, she (Regina) was really kind to us, she left a pair of croatian beers in the fridge for us, and she spoke german, croatian and italian.

location is 20 min walk from old town, a bit far parking with car is a huge challenge and kina expensive the bathroom was a bit moldy 😕 owner does not speak English no microwave oven in the kitchen

Big apartment with terrace. 10 minutes walk to the center as well as to the nearest beach.

The location was great.

There were a lot of insects everywhere.
