it felt like your home. I like that there were only 30 rooms. plenty of parking easy access to the lake, clean and plenty of drinking amenities in your own room that are complimentary.

they don’t serve lunch you have to go across the hotel next door which is easy actually. in case you want to hang out by the lake all day you want to just get. lunch it would be convenient. but I guess it’s a small hotel to keep the visits down the just include a wonderful breakfast with your room and the dinner menu is great.

Super stylish - pretty much five-star facilities. Breakfast was beyond brilliant.

Dinner menu was restricted, which was fine, but no fillet steak, which was odd.

The staff really tried to help you. Excellent breakfast. Would be nice to have a tea/coffee station available for guests in the afternoon (not just in the rooms). Excellent location.

Restaurant: understaffed for peak season even though doing their best to assist there were long waits, no translation of menu which would resolve issues. Quality not in line with 4 star superior hotel.

The location and the bar were stunning. Breakfast staff and food was lovely.

There was no aircon or fan in the room nor offered to us. the only hotel in the whole of Europe where we had to pay for a baby cot. the hotel cleaning staff could not get the blocked and smelly drain fixed nor did they clear our mugs or glasses out of the room. we also weren’t able to get a coffee creamer after the first night and the room was not cleaned at all. I think they just made our bed.

The stuff was super friendly. I stayed there with my boyfriend & we loved it. Awesome mattresses, great bathroom, silent spot, directly at the lake with an awesome garden, great food, wonderful service, very good restaurant, super located & easily reachable - we loved it!

I loved the exclusive location and how calm the surroundings are, perfect place to lay back and relax. The view from the hotel is magnificent and the property is clean and nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was delicious and fresh.

The staff in the restaurant was really nice and very good and helpful.

The location was excellent and dinner fabulous, too. The hotel had gluten free products, which was definitely a bonus.

the food was mediocre. very plain, simple. no effort and for the standard very high priced. grilled chicken with hardly any seasoning or salt. chips and a little bowl of lettuce from a supermarket bag and a dressing from a jar. then at breakfast we pay 20 euro for breakfast but for a fried eggs we had to pay 7,50 extra. so restaurant is not recommended

Beautiful hotel overlooking the lake. The afternoon tea was very good. Breakfast was huge. Massage was wonderful by Thomas.

Maintenance of the room needed to be done. Such as light bulbs and heating noises.

I liked the classic building, the location at the lake shore, the interior design, man, I could life in the lobby room, what a great place. My room was so clean and comphy. I slept like in heaven. The service of the staff working at christmas was just great. So friendly and competent. Breakfast buffet, drinks, plainly all was absolutely first class. I am travelling around the world for the last 20 years and this is among my top 10 places.
