مستحيل ارجع هذا الفندق مرة ثانية
أسوأ استقبال فندق مر علي في حياتي
ايوأ ريسيبشن في تركيا كلها
يشعرك بأنك جاي تشحذ وليس رايح بفلوسك
اجبرني على دفع مبلغ 400 دولار لوجود طفل رضيع معي قال لي انت لم تذكر وجود اطفال اثناء الحجز رغم أني ذكرت العدد الصحيح اثناء الحجز
وعندما وافقت على الدفع سألني هل ستقيم الفندق سيء في بوكينغ قلت نعم فرفض استلام المال ورفض ادخالي الى الغرفة
جلست انا وعائلتي في اللوبي اربع ساعات وكان يتهكم ويضحك ويستفزني وطلبت منه الاتصال بمدير الفندق فرفض وطلب مني الغاء الحجز لكني كنت قد دفعت فرفضت الغاء الحجز واحدثت مشكلة كبيرة وهددته بالشرطة وسحبت الجوال من يده بالقوة وتحدثت مع المدير ثم تكرم علي وادخلني الغرفة التي حجزتها بمالي بعد ان اخذ مني مبلغ 200 دولار
2- يوجد اصلاحات او بناء بجانب الفندق صوت تكسير مزعج جدا جدا
3- المكيف مزعج جدا وحار جدا جدا فقط صوت عالفاضي
4-مغاسل الحمام والبانيو كلها مسدودة ويتجمع فيها الماء لفترة طويلة
5- الشاي والسكر اللي مصورينه لكم كلها علب فاضية مافيها شي
وطلبت ماء ورفضوا قالو الماء فقط اول ماتدخل

الشقة صغيرة، أزعاج خارجي بسبب ترميم مبنى قريب من الفندق.
طلبة بطانية لم تكون نظيفه. الصوت واضح من الشقة المجاورة لشقة سكن.

Fue cómodo el apartamento ,limpio al llegar , y la zona bien ubicada .
No han venido todos los días a limpiar , la ubicación del complejo no es del todo clara , debajo hay un parking de donde entran y salen automóviles. Muy incómodo . El personal poco amable . Exigiendo que los valoremos con un 10 ! Honestamente esa presión no es cómoda . Además de la poca amabilidad .

The location was nice. You're really close to everything, the place is safe with the front desk available 24/7.
The room wasn't according to the description it was misleading, I had to get another room for us five when arriving. The room is enough for three, it's a two bedroom with a bed and sofa bed in the living room. The towels were stained and not clean.

Location close to key sites on European side, close to waterfront. The host were very helpful and attentive. We arrived a little early to store our luggage, however our host was very helpful and able to accommodate us early as room was available. Next door to must see Yildiz park. We had a family room and accommodated 4 adults in comfort

The location was good near the water front but you can’t see the Bosphours.
The the hotel is on top of the hill so if you have no car or you have someone on wheelchair it will be hard to push wheelchair or stroller.

The people who work at the property are great and make you feel instantly at home. They go the extra mile to make sure you feel at home. I liked the quietness and homey feeling it provided my family, specially on rainy days when we had to stay inside.
I think it would be better if the dining chair were changed to something more sturdy and firm. But the rest of the furniture was quite nice. I would also suggest that some condiments, such as salt, and pepper would be provided by the property.
