The location was amazing,
firstly, No Aircon, it was 36° and there was only a couple of pedestal fans (one didn’t even work)
secondly, the windows couldn’t be opened in one of the bedrooms. there is no screen door to the balcony so couldn’t leave the door open at night when it was hot..

couldn’t unlock windows for better ventilation. Only other ventilation were stand up fans - unsafe for children.
No clothes drying machine
The parking space allotted to the unit is very tight between pillars.

Location excellent. Close to all services and beach
property was very tired. Not very clean, dust and dirt beside fridge and toilet. Toilet pan was coming away from floor mount
(dangerous). Food scraps (dried corn kernals and crumbs) in cupboard above stove. Cigarette buts in pot under outside table. Oven unpredictable when turned on or off, sometimes grill came on and other times remained on when on/off light went off. window locks took 30 mins to unlock and couldn't be relocked.
