Disappointing

Location

Food was terrible, no air conditioner, the bed was awful and the strings were so loud that you could not sleep, the room was littlebit dirty.

Passable

The pebbly beach is very nice for families. It's tiny, but offers some shade and has nice entrance to the see appropriate for the little ones.

The facility is stuck in 90'. Accessibility for families with stroller is horrible as there are hundreds of stairs, no ramps and no elevators. There is no car access to most parts of the resort and the hotel doesn't offer buggy services, so moving in and out with a lot of luggage (applicable when you're travelling with little kids), was painfully hard. The food is OK but most of the time there are no labels available so if you have any food restrictions, you have to ask or just risk. Also the cleanliness around the resort is an issue. Somebody puked in the evening on a hallway in the public part of the building and nobody would take care of it until the late morning even though they were informed of such incident.

Apartment could have been cleaner. Despite the fact it is 2 stars, it should have AC.

If you seek peace, this is the place for you

If you are looking for peace and rest, you will find it here. The resort is spacious, full of greenery, the smell of pine and a divine view. Everything is very close - the beach, the center and alleys for long walks by the sea. Breakfast is good, and the staff working in the restaurant is very friendly.

There are no shops near the resort. The room was quite dusty. The female part of the staff should be more friendly - some of them lack professionalism and respect for guests.

Very nice place to stay in Hvar

Perfect location, superb views from our apartment to pine trees, nice little beach nearby, great bar for lunch in afternoon, walkable distance to beautiful village Jelsa on great promenade with sea views. You are in nature, - watching sea, ships, and trees. Facilities are basic and very simple , but enough, to stay for really reasonable price in Hvar island. We were more than happy that we had luck to stay in first line apartment with terrace.

just some points- complicated to park a car in high season and very steep to climb to parking and reception if you stay down by the sea as resort is situated to the hill

Sve u svemu nije kvalitet za tu cijenu

Lokacija je super, borova suma takodjer. Dorucak je bio ok.

Ne preporucujem resort za porodice sa malenom bebom, jer ima previse stepenica i bili smo smjesteni predaleko od parkinga. Plaza koja se nalazi pored hotela takodjer nije idealna za bebe, ali srecom nasli smo drugu plazu u blizini, plaza Mina koja je idealna. Cijeli resort treba modernizovati, nekako je ostao u 80-tim godinama

Very good

Hotel has an amazing location. In the pine forest with a great see view. I would say this is an old hotel, with old appliances but clean. If you expect 5 star experience, you will be disappointed, but if you just need nice place with decent features you will be more then happy

"Seaview" was only a small view of the ocean between buildings and trees Apartment wasn't very clean Decor is outdated and apartment needs care and maintenance No microwave and no toaster Fridge was open and switched off when we arrived. No aircon - just noisy fans

Nice, pleasant, friendly, good for families w kids

Closeness to the sea, pinetrees, cricket- sound all the time, less than 10 min walk to Jelsa village, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, value, free parking.

Beautiful view

Everything was great, beautiful beach, forest, nature.

This is not a holiday destination if you travel with a baby, going up and down the hill with a pram was a mission! Also, if you need late lunch or early dinner you will have to go to the city, which is not convenient with a baby, hotel does. It serve any food after 5pm. This was disappointing.

Personel IN hotel was very helpful and nice. Room was IN nice location

It wasn’t super clean, we had to make our sheets by ourshelves. Place definietly needs renovation, furniture are old and so is bathroom etc.

Trees

Staff are unfriendly and dishonest. We’ve been charged the top price but put into a cheapest room that’s situated in old communist hostel accommodation with the fittings to match the time period. Great if you want authentic Yugi experience with no air con and wafer thin walls, but rubbish if you expect please take holiday. When approached about this staff were deceitful providing poor excuses why the room we booked isn’t matching of the one we booked. Even suggesting we should pay extra.

Do not recommend for more than 1 night

Very close to Bočic beach, which was not very crowded. The room walls seem to be insulated well, so other guest can't be heard.

The room did not meet our expectations. The room did not seem fresh (it had distinct smell) and we found wrap papers under nightstand, the towels and sheets had stains. The phone to dial reception was broken, the power outlet was broken and the fan was partially broken. Room contained old TV which we did not try. There were only bar soap available in bathroom, the shower had mould between tiles.
