Passable

The sea is nice. Close to the beach

Parties right outside of the window till 3 am. Staff doesn’t try to solve occurring problems.

The location

The two beds were screwed to each other because one of the beds was broken. It took some effort to take them apart. The room was advertised as having two separate beds. The beds are a bit narrow. But I was able to sleep.

Horrible experience, rude staff, unclean rooms

The pools were ok and distance to the beach

The room we were given had not been properly cleaned: it smelled like rotten food, because there were old potatoes left in the freezer. The cleaning ladies had not checked the freezer and no one cared about the smell, and when checking the oven, there was an old baking sheet left by old guests, so it was clear that very little attention was paid to cleanliness. After checking in, we called the property and were asked to wait for a call back from the reception. No one called for more than half an hour so we went back to the reception to signal the issue. When asking for a different room, they found one, we went to it and it was a single instead of the double we had paid for. Then they said they can't give us any other room. While the receptionist was trying to find a solution (after already wasting 1.5 hours of our time) a different girl told us that the original room had been cleaned and rudely asked us to follow her and see. So we went a third time to check in and found the original room with a smell of perfume and the freezer cleaned. Hungry and tired, we accepted the original room. But a few hours after, when coming back ro the room, the perfume smell had gone and the original rotten food smell came back. We discussed with a different person from the reception and finally found a clean room. Other issues: broken bathroom set, not enough toiletries for two people, broken mosquito net in both rooms - which was signaled to the receptionists and they didn't care at all. It has the vibe of a 1 star hotel with the rudest staff possible.

Superb

I like the pools, the gardens and the sporting facilities of the resort. The buildings are well situated with nice views to the sea or the forest. The balcony of my apartment was wide with beautiful view toward the sea.

There should be at least on deep pool, at least 2 meters deep. The pools are wide and nice but the maximum deep is 1.5 meters.

Bad service, great views

Parking my car 500m far away from the building in the main road, parking in side only for owners They charged me more than what you (booking.com) confirm rates and when I asked for explanation, they said follow up with booking.com If you don’t take action I will not use Booking.com any more and I will inform my friends about the same

Comfortable,clean, and the other travellers were very nice and respected .

Everything was very good Swimming pools were great and the location was near the beach

Sofa bed is small for two kids The prices in the supermarket there is expensive

Disappointing

Apartment was good, nice seaview. Mini golf for the kids. Complex clean,many flowers in the garden. Staff friendly

The beach is not 100m, only "beeline" as the lady from the reception explained to me. Unfortunately I am not a bee, so I have expected 100m for human beings. You have to cross a busy street (you can hear all night the motorbikes and cars) or an underpass. There are two beaches- a very small one (7min by foot) with an not finished hotel-ruin in the back and even in covid times really crowded. Sand and waves are nice. The other beach is 15min walk away, much longer but not very clean or pretty. Only one restaurant at the complex with poor but expensive food. Even the french fries were bad. Only an other bar open at the big beach, no other possibilities to eat around 2km. Pools are ok for kids, but from the 10 there is not one which is big enough to have a proper swimming as an adult. We were there by car, the complex offers free parking, but it's hard to get space, even as the complex was quite empty due to covid. We were really disappointed, and escaped 2 from 3 days to other beaches by car.
