A plus from the friendly welcome from Maria ,the apartment was immaculate .Spotlessly clean and high end furnishings. Away from the .madness but just a few stops away on the tram.

Nothing to dislike at all. We would definitely recommend and whenever we attend the Lytham festival we will be looking to book again.

My stay at Twelve Blackpool exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again next time im in Blackpool. Maria is a very kind and thoughtful host who goes above and beyond for those who stay there.

Found the heater on the second night. Was cold for a while. Warm in the bed, though, so no problems

The apartment we stayed in was lovely, it was clean and comfortable and just the right size for me and my partner we enjoyed every minute of our stay in our apartment. Maria was absolutely lovely and really helpful!

She was going to meet us, but we travelled late and were delayed. She did accommodate us by putting the keys in a general place which we could access late at night. She also ventilated the room for us.

- apartment was a house cut into several different rooms that were called "apartments" - front door opens to the toilet, no door to the bedroom, kitchen has no extractor so all the food smells will be your bedtime smell - bed hardly fits in room, you have to cross the room by jumping over one corner of the bed - owner had to come in to check in on us once a week, did not trust us yet they lied about the listing - property said it had a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment and there was neither! - there was a tiny room outside the apartments, with one washing machine and one dryer with a communal clothes rack for drying clothing which is gross while we are still battling covid - the shared dryer and washing machine was coin operated. 6 pounds a wash and if you check out late it's 10 pounds for every 10 minutes. - the whole house is full of eastern europeans who live there and behave as if they own the place, this is not a place for vacation or any period of stay if you are not eastern european - the eastern europeans start pouring out of the woodword after our first week of stay, a man just walked into my partner without saying a word or indicating he was going towards her, while trying to get in the room next to ours - there is no designated parking space and too many cars are parked on the street without moving every day - when we were heading out, a man jumped behind us on the stair then stood next to our car, phoned his friend to rush down to the parking space we were in so they could take it - inadequate heating, portable radiator quickly overheats - poor ventilation as the apartment is too small.
