Good location in the city centre of Neiva. The staff was very friendly. Very happy with the bathroom amenities available. The beds were good too.
The room could use some improvement. When showering the water couldn’t get away, the toilet seat was broken and we had a dirty carpet in our room. We also noticed a lot of ants coming from the balcony as the door wasn’t closed well. The breakfast was very simple and could also be upgraded.

This is a great stop off point when travelling through Neiva. The service and rooms are excellent. The jacuzzi/spa is lovely and relaxing. The terraza is a wonderful place for an evening drink. The breakfast was delicious. Good wifi and shared public areas made it ideal for a little work too.

This is a hidden jewel in the city. Initially the location doesnt look that good. But once there, you will notice it is really easy to access from there to all the places. They have a good parking space. The staff is very nice, and the breakfast is good. We even repeated this hotel during the trip!
Besides breakfast, lunch and dinner are too slow. It took us about 1 hour to get the dinner. It was ok, but it took too long. Also, their transport to the airport starts at 8, which is inconvenient if your flight is a t 7 am.

The location is perfect in the center of the city, short trips to any tourist place and only 5 minutes from the transport terminal. The best thing was the breakfast and the guy who attended us every morning. Excellent attention!

Was told upon check-in that the jacuzzi was available. Two hours later was informed it would no longer be available due to scheduled maintenance.
