The bathroom needs some repair. Also experienced some unpleasant noise I could not fathom

room without window, no credit card, nobody talking english... i didn't remain

Location is favorable

The upkeep was very poor. Both the washrooms were damp and floor filled with water all the time. Drainage was very poor. One washroom, shower was broken. Other washroom, sitting seat cover was broken. There were no toiletries provided at all. Noboday even bothered to ask us about it. There were no towles provided to us. We asked for ironing board and it never came. Kitchenette was in a very poor condition. No proper utensil provided and provided ones were dirty and damaged, hence not usable. One bedroom, window glass was broken. Lights were really bad, i though i was gonna go blind in there. Main door lock was broken and door wouldn't open with card almost all the time, we had to struggle to open it. There was some really bad smell in the basement and part of lobby area.

When I came I found a cockroach in the bathroom It was very big and disgusting.

The beds were comfy, good parking, and it's close to alot of things and places

location, parking (although a bit tight), kitchen facility (they have microwave, cooker, sandwich maker …) it would be great for long stays
