Poprawny hotel w standardach maksimum 3 gwiazdki , wiele rzeczy do poprawy.

Bardzo dobre sniadania.

Pokój pomalowany czesciowo. Wyposazenie z lat 90. Nie działajace oswietlenie w lusterku do makijazu. Kawa, herbata, woda mineralna nie były uzupelniane codziennie.

Unpleasant experience !!!!

Only the breakfast was good.The spa facilities were crowded with people that they were not hotel guests, so as a result it wasn’t convenient and quiet for relaxation and sauna was not working.Many kids were playing and didn’t meet the rules and nobody cared.Although the pools seemed nice were not as we expected..

In general the bedroom was old fashioned with dirty walls and carpets.The most dirty and inconvenient bathroom !!Very old bathroom faucets and leaking shower with rust.No toilet brush !!!!!!During booking the picture had a different and more modern bathroom..Also there was a cracked area on the bathroom floor and mold areas in the bedroom and yellow stains in one of the quilt cover..But the most disgusting during out stay was the lack of cleaning service!!4 days and we asked them Kindly to clean on the second day at the front desk first and they didn’t!!The third day we asked kindly our floor housekeeping to take away the trash and the bathroom at least..The result??When we came back late afternoon they had taken away the trash only but the bathroom was still dirty with hair and they had even removed our toothbrushes and were facing the bathroom mirror so we had to put them to trash!!Also one brand new deodorant was missing and also I found my new nail polish open and stinky and almost empty!!! I haven’t seen worst cleaning service in my life from a 4star hotel!!You destroyed our stay and made us feel so uncomfortable and unhappy!!!100euros per day for that service…shame on you!!We read other reviews as well and they have the same opinion…Please don’t respond back we don’t want to hear from you ever again!!! As for the room service that we ordered once,the fries were burnt!

Harmadszor szálltunk meg a hotelben, tehát el lehet mondani, hogy visszatérő vendégek vagyunk.

A reggelinél fantasztikus volt a kínálat és minden finom volt. A fürdőrészleg a kedvencünk. Nekem különösen a meleg termálvizes medence tetszik. Akár egy órát is képes vagyok benne ülni és relaxálni.

A 136-os szobában a mosdókagyló el volt törve. Össze volt ragasztva, de csak amatőr módon. Fehér cementtel vagy fehér fugázóanyaggal szépen ki lehetett volna javítani úgy, hogy alig látszott volna a repedés. Egy kicsit lehangoló volt. A jobb oldali ágy mellett a fal össze volt koszolva, az alján a földnél eltérő színű fehér, feltűnő javítás látszott. Emlékeztünk rá, hogy a porta mellett lévő zongorán kívül a fürdőrészlegben is volt egy zongora, amit hátul eldugva meg is találtunk. A feleségem ki is próbálta, de nagyon le van hangolva, igényesebb zongorázni tudó vendégnek használhatatlanul. Valamint szék sem volt mellette, amire leülve lehetett volna rajta játszani. Egy odahúzott fotel karfájára tudott csak kényelmetlenül mellé ülni. Javasolnám a használhatatlan zongora eltávolítását.

Schönes und preisgünstiges Hotel

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis , Bahnnähe

Thermalbecken waren teilweise nicht benutzbar , da sie von einer großen Anzahl ballspielender Kinder besetzt waren . Die Vorzüge des Thermalwassers könnten wir leider nicht genießen.

Il personale è molto accoliente, disponibile, veloce. Colazione buono e variato.

Ls struttura è vecchia, ma ben tenuta. Abbiamo prenotato il hotel x usare spa centro, ma hanno 3 saune tra quì 2 non lavoravano. Posizione non è molto comoda. Se volete visitare il centro storico e passeggiare - megloo prendere il hotel da altra parte del fiume.

Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden

Sehr gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl und vieles an warmen Speisen. Der Frühstücksraum war schön hell und sauber. Besonders toll fanden wir die Innenpools, sind an Regentagen eine super Sache.

Der Parkplatz muss extra bezahlt werden, ist gar nicht so billig. Sonst hat für uns alles gepasst. Englisch sollte man halt können, da deutsch kaum gesprochen wird, auch nicht an der Rezeption.

Nice place in general, but a bit too expensive for the quality provided.

The room was nice, with confortable beds. The location is super, very close to public transport stops. Breakfast is nice.

It smelles like puke in the lobby, probably from the carpets. There was no toilet brush in my room and it took us 4 attempts to get one, we called to the reception and asked directly at the desk... I was waiting very long for my order in the lobby restaurant.

Takarito szemelyzet maximalis odafigyelese a tisztasagra, a wellness reszleg, kenyelmes agyak, tagas szoba es furdoszoba, vasalo (!!!), vizforralo javitott a komforterzeten. a tavolsag ellenere a belvarosba konnyen belehet jutni az a 1es villamossal ill a 3as metroval.

oszinten szolva szamomra kisse csalodas volt, egy 4 csillagos hotelnel az ember tobbre szamit. a butorok elavultak, a szobara rafert volna egy felujitas. a furdoszobaban a csap spriccelt, a kadnal neha szenvedni kellett a dugoval es a zuhannyal. a szobaban 2 kontos helyett csak egy volt, igy lementunk a recepciora kerni az ott levo holgytol egy plusz kontost, aki lenavigalt minket a spa reszleghez, ahol nem tudtak adni, es visszakuldtek a recepciora :) a holgy, es a tobbi recepcios nem ert ra velunk foglalkozni, es intezkedni, mert az eppen erkezo vendegeket fogadta, meg akkor sem amikor epp nem volt vendeg :) vartunk lent kb felorat, mire megjelent egy uriember, es tisztelettudoan elnezest kert a kellemetlensegert es probalt intezkedni, de a kontos csak nem erkezett fel a szobankhoz. az uriember ezt kovetoen ismet intezkedett, a szobank elott o maga varta meg hogy hozzak vegre fel nekunk, szoval neki maximalis tisztelet, ellenben a szemelyzet tobbi tagja, koztuk nehany recepcios magatartasa nem volt tul szimpatikus. mire letudtunk menni a wellnesshez, azt nagyjabol 1,5 oras kontosmizeria elozte meg. a szobaban levo kavetejszinnel erdemes figyelni, mert romlott volt.

It was very dirty. We had 2 bugs in the room and my hubby only catched one so i did not want to sleep there. The lady from the reception was very chilled about it. She said those hugs were something common. We changed rooms and the second one was even dirtier. With spider nests all over the window. With old, scrached furniture The pool area was extremly dirty. At the entry of the pool was one area to cleen your feet that was never cleaned. The dirt from the previous day was there the next morning The prices for tapas (3 minislices of bread) at the restaurant were very high for what was served. I thought it was a twisted joke

Einmaliges Erlebnis- Austattung passt nicht zum Preis. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten da ich bereits davor abgereist

Qualität des Zimmers. Renovierungsbedürftig und in die Jahre gekommen. Weiters konnte man den Radio im Betttisch nicht ausschalten und somit wurde das Zimmer um 01:00 gewechselt nachdem der Techniker das Bett auseinandernahm.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit freundlichem Personal

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück das Essen in der Bar ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen (vegane und glutenfreie Optionen) die Zimmer sind groß genug inkl. Badewanne und bequemer Betten alles war sauber super ist der Spa-Bereich mit Thermalwasser, selbst am Abreisetag konnten wir ohne Aufpreis diesen nutzen gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Einzelne Bereiche könnten ein Make over vertragen, Möbel sind mitunter abgewohnt oder Flecken am Teppich

Superb

Very nice and clean Hotel, with walkable location to Sziget. Great and big breakfast choices, the food was freshly prepared every morning. The pools and sauna are a little oldmodish but still clean and good. Stuff was really kind and friendly. Totally recommend!!! If we come in Budapest again, we will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Exceptional

The hotel is close to the HEV station, so you can easily get to the city centre. They've got parking, the rooms are quite and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very big.

Very good hotel next to Obuda island

We went there for Sziget festival, due to the proximity of the location and we were very happy with our choice. The closeness of the hotel to the festival venue compensated for the hotel price (a bit higher than we would usually pay). Nice rooms, maybe a bit outdated, but still very comfy,clean and enjoyable. Breakfast super wide variety, very pleased.

A weird smell on the corridors, but nothing major.

It’s the thermal bath that makes this hotel great.

This big hotel has a four star look and feel with a large shiny lobby with bar and restaurant, but the rooms are a bit outdated. Breakfast is absolutely fine. Most important: the thermal pool totally makes up for the outdated rooms, there’s a 15m pool at 27 degrees, then two smaller pools at 33 and 38 degrees - included in the room rate, and open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Bathrobes and slippers provided in your room, towels for free at the spa bar. It’s a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram station - take the A1 tram for two stops, then the metro line 3 takes you anywhere in Budapest. Visit Terror Haza or the Franz Liszt house. Tickets for the opera are not expensive. For authentic Hungarian food you dont need to go far - a good restaurant is 5 minutes walk away: Kéhli Vendéglő, live music, always crowded so better reserve a table.

A good hotel, though from the personal point of view, I would not say that everything is good.

Location is good, near the Danube River and easy to park the car. The room is clean, the bathroom is quite good. The lobby room is large and comfortable. The restaurant is good, especially the Hungarian food served in the restaurant is very nice. The swimming pool and other services are quite good.

The room is too small for a family. Even if the hotel equipped the room with an extra sofa, it was not enough for a family. We told the hotel in advance that our child is only 4 years old, it is obviously not quite possible to let her sleep alone in the sofa (because she would fall off in the night). And the sofa is too small for an adult. We have booked for three nights, and every night to sleep in a sofa which is too small, is not very comfortable. We tried to let the staff change the room. The staff was friendly, they tried, but no free room were available. And the waiters in the restaurants were (sometimes) too late and we had to wait a long time to get served.

staff and accomodation.. Air Condtioning is not working. we are complaining and they give us a fan. after hard complaining they change pur rooms and promiso to give us refund.. and still on promise?? Parking they charge for us is OK, but the others they can in and out without paying.. 🤣🤣🤣

Overall a recommendable place to stay, at the riverside and well connected

The hotel has a very good location, with good connection to public transport, good parking facilities, etc. The rooms are fine, not too spacious, but also not small, and the view on the park or the river is nice. Reception staff was helpful, changed our room for the second and third night, to have a more spacious bed.

What was considered a "large double-bed" was in fact just two single beds side-by-side (as usual in Europe...). Breakfast was good, although some things missing, e.g. normal black tea, or fresh juice. Part of the staff at breakfast were pretty unfriendly and stressed, not really welcoming.
