The staff in the restaurant were amazing - the room was enormous and the location was good.

The lady on reception - we asked for help booking an auto rickshaw and she pointed outside - we ask three times for loo roll and she said she would arrange it but did not so on the third occasion I said I would wait and she huffed, opened the cupboard under the counter and gave me loo roll!

Nice and clean property, and close to badami caves. Restaurant food is good enough. Staff is courteous and they suggested a very good taxi driver - Rasool for our to our trip to Aihole and Pattadakal. He is very reasonable and amicable and showed us caves and temples that were not covered by others and gave us proper information.

My Room AC and TV not working I have informed staff to ratify they have not turned to my room , the staffs are helpless.

Location. Rooms are large in size. Rooms & Toilets were fairly clean. Tea kit with kettle is available. Plenty of car parking.

Restaurant facility is available but food quality is poor. Hotel doesn't offer complimentary breakfast though they charge above ₹ 3200/day. Breakfast variety was limited to Upama, Idali & Dosa & made available on order basis. Limited staff of 3 persons only. Connectivity is poor in hotel premises & no wifi available. Room light switches are not located properly. Not at bed side or nearby. All lights or fan switches are near to main door. One has come back to bed in dark after switching off lights. Poor value for money.

Room size is big but the AC capacity is not matching to the room size. Break fast is average, should be buffet type.

Atleast sleeping arrangement for drivers should be done, otherwise travelling long distance without proper rest to drivers is not good, kindly consider...

Very good property. Location good , away from the main bazar, specially in the covid times. Efficient and polite helpful staff. Clean , big room, big bathroom. Good choice of food. Good restaurant staff. Enjoyed our stay.

No electric kettle in the room. and no room service. That caused inconvenience in the morning. But the staff helped us as far as possible.

No variety in any of the 3 meals . Too much spicy. Despite specific requests to cut down chillies , the same stuff which was inedible was served . The waiter just wanted to get rid of the clientele . Tables would not be cleaned promptly . Late starts for breakfast .Water , also was not supplied in the room
