great beach and y not bar is amazing

Rooms weren’t cleaned

it was a very nice spacious room, very clean as well! the bathroom was big enough and also clean. directly at the beach, very nice !

the bathroom had this constant smell from the drainage, which was ok for couple of days but at the end it was becoming a bit too much. (maybe is a plumbing issue). rather than that it was all amazing!

The location is so nice! What a beautiful beach, what a nice sunset. Our room was big and quiet, air con worked well, bathroom also ok. The staff was nice,funny and helpful. The restaurant has lots of options and there is live music and a fire show that they repeat every evening. Also other restaurants and bars close by. We could rent a motorbike in the hotel and move around quietly.

It would be great that the hotel has some equipment to rent (snorkel or sup). We could rent a kayak at last that was great, but as the beach is so nice, some more options would have been amazing and they can take also advantage of the business.

The room was clean. It also has a nice bar. we also booked a transportation to phi phi island which was a bit cheaper than other travel agencies in the street. we felt also that the prices in the area were a bit more than other islands.

The breakfast is a joke but there is good restaurants close by with nice food. The fire work every night was a bit too much and they really come close to people sitting on the beach which we found it a bit dangerous however some other people were fine with it. the beach is very quite during the day if you are looking for more lively beach.

The size of the room, kettle and refrigerator in the room, good location at the best beach. Close to shops and restaurants.The food in the restaurant is very good. Our daughter loved the fire shows in the evening.

The family room was a bit out of date, not enough sockets in the room.

They cheated us. They said they were overbooked and they have no bungalow free for us and they will not burden our account. But they took 2 nights via booking.com from our creditcard . Now we have to look like we get our money back. That's so annoying.

This spot is a piece of heaven… literally. On the more quiet relaxed part of Koh Lanta, attached to the iconic Why Not bar where the DJ, live band, and staff keep you happy entertained and in the best spirits all night. brilliant service, unbeatable vibes, I couldn’t recommend it more

We visited for 5 nights and booked an apartment with garden view. Very great, friendly staff. ,Kantiang Bay’ is a beautiful, clean beach. The ,Why Not’ Bar is a great spot to chill, hang out, nice live music in the evenings, cool fire show too. Restaurant with lovely staff and tasty food!

After our arrival, the A/C didn’t turn on, after it got fixed later that evening, water came out of the ceiling near the A/C, therefore we couldn’t use it for another day, until this issue got fixed as well. Sadly, after two nights, the drain of the shower started to smell very bad (?maybe sewage or a dead animal?) but the room service did nothing but spraying some air refresher, which didn’t help for long. Lots of ants in the bathroom too.

Very cosy and cool place. Everything you need is there. A very cool bar with amazing life music is close to the hotel.

The bath was really old.

There are not enough words we loved this place our new favourite place in kantiang bay. Staff are so friendly and are eager to please we will be back soon.

The way I saw other customers trying to get things cheaper and complaining about having yo wait for service they need to realise there people are offering you a service your in there country be polite .

Our room was the closest to the beach, so we woke each day to the ocean out our windows.

The bar attached to the property went very late into the night and was rather loud. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

The property is perfectly located on the beach. the view from my room was incredible. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable, and the air con was lovely! The staff was so amazingly nice and helpful! The resort is right next to Why Not Bar which has a free fire show every night, live music, reasonably priced drinks. I can’t wait to go back!

I loved everything.

was staying at other end of island but after scootering about we found “why not bar” which is below hotel. amazing beach bar but we had to much to drink and a great night so booked this hotel last minute to crash for the night. amazing rooms and great value for money. amazing views over the beach and listening to the waves all night. staff were great! will be back. actually wish we stayed this side of island far nicer.

Great location on a fantastic beach. The bungalows are set in a nice garden area and the adjacent Why Not bar is excellent. Hotel serves very good Thai food throughout the day. The nearby village is good for essentials shopping and some good restaurants for breakfast etc. Staffat hotel friendly, helpful and good for organising onward journeys etc. they also have a good motorbike hire facility.

The bedroom and balcony were very good but the bathroom poorly maintained - the electric shower doesn’t work so cold shower only and there were two holes in the ceiling which gave access to the odd lizard! I blocked up the holes with plastic bags but the hotel did nothing about it despite me reporting the problem. The room wasn’t serviced once during our 5 day stay so no towel change, I arranged to have the bins emptied and no sweeping - I borrowed a brush to sweep the room and balcony. The breakfast is poor and we had it only once, options in the nearby village far better. Everything is priced separately, so boiled or fried eggs don’t come with toast or bread, and it works out v expensive for what it is. Also no Thai breakfast dishes available.

Great location, right on a lovely beach, and value for money. Homely feel, very busy restaurant as food super fresh, tasty and inexpensive

Would highly recommend, however not for people who want sunbeds ( none), seclusion and silence as bar goes on with relaxed live music until early hours with occasional motorbikes and early morning bar and kitchen workers. Will come again even thou went to bed early!!
