I paid for a family room with a balcony. We never got that. I had to complain, and only then we got a family room after two days. The rooms on the website didn't match. The food wasn't great. However location was great. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants close by. Never got the all inclusive plan that I had paid for. No kids club No snack bars Money not well spent.

Swimming pool very small, food very sad and poor. The owner, talking with staffs doesn’t buy good food . As couple we didn’t like 2 single beds instead of a double bed. bathroom very small and easy to get water everywhere.

Beautifully positioned right on the beach. The location could not be better, food was tasty and atmosphere was relaxed. Sea and the wether where exceptional. They allowed us to stay and use everything until our flight time, even though we left the room at 12.

Quite small selection of drinks, no real snacks for children, no ice cream appart from meal time. Food was very tasty, but quite restricted, especially for vegetarians. Plenty of salads. Room was dated with no window on the toilet.

My husband and I liked the convenience of it all. You have the beach, a pool, your room and a beach market all right there. We were also close enough to visit other towns for dinner either by foot or a short taxi ride. The staff were all very friendly and such hard workers.

The one thing we just couldn’t get on board with was the food. We knew it being an all inclusive resort at a very reasonable price that the food wouldn’t be incredible but it was all pretty bad unfortunately.

The food was very bad for my taste, all the time the same and just not good. A lot of ants in the hotel also in the room. Also the drinks in the deal not tasty at all.

Really liked the apartment style rooms (with small separate buildings) that were not in hotel corridors Hotel was very near the beach - excellent! Rooms had been recently refurbished and looked modern, aircon was good

The bed leg broke on our 2nd last day and staff were unhelpful about this. We were moved room but the staff didn't even apologise about the issue. The bed in the new room was also very weak and made bizarre creaking noise as though it could break anytime. I think cheap beds have been bought that look good but are very poorly made. We are both light people. Other guests must have experienced problems with the beds too. We had problems with an extremely rude member of staff named Angela. Our room hadn't been cleaned for a couple of days (partly our fault, one day we were up very late, other day we were out all day from early morning but no clean). We didn't complain but just went to reception to ask for fresh towels, bed sheets and toilet rolls. Angela not very friendly but did organise replacement items. On our last check out day we were 10 mins later arriving at reception and Angela again treated us rudely. She did not even ask us if we had enjoyed our stay. I've never had a member of staff behave like this in a hotel. Other staff were all ok but there were some language understanding issues. There is a lack of clear information in the rooms - no info about check out time, location of beach, pool, restaurant etc. Somehow you're just supposed to know or ask!

Staff was lovely Location was great on the beach watersports close to town and very pretty Family room was standard but was good Pool in hotel was not to clean and no lifeguard The food was not great at all paid all inclusive but spent more money as had to eat in town as the kids wouldn't eat anything i wouldnt either there was also alot of other complaints from other guests everything else was good but food very disappointing

Location was great, but for sightseeing you need to rent a car.

Rooms were a bit outdated, they are trying, but hotel is old. Sometimes there are no umbrelas and sunbeds available, because a lot off guests get up early in the morning and put towels on it,food could be tastier.

Location was great and next to beach. Staff very helpful and welcoming as 2nd visit to hotel. food was plentiful and on time. Drinks were always available.

Great location right on the beach with sun beds provided. Also bar right on the beach. The lovely little art work and decorations, flowers and plants. Food was good and at the end of the day, this hotel is amazing value for money!

Only beer and wine included on the all inclusive basis. Would be good if spirits and cocktails were too. Only one toilet that we could find which is not many for the whole hotel

Bed, spiders in beds, poor air con, not allowed any clean towels if you are staying 2 days as they only change them every 3 days, dead cockroaches on balcony, phone was not connected to ring reception. Terrible beds! The worst breakfast.. no dairy free options either.
