The receptionist/s are very professional The room was very big There was laundry possibility which was fast and convenient There was room service (extra charge) which was also convenient The breakfast buffet was nice One of the staff came to return my father in law’s wallet that he left in the restaurant - very appreciated There are hippos right at the hotel and it is amazing to watch them! The gardens are beautiful

the service at the restaurant and kitchen were disappointing the waiting time for food was excessive (40’ for a sandwich) the take away was not at all acceptable for same prices. also overpriced lunch boxes that we did not take (2500 kes for a lunchbox! same price than buffet) the premises were huge, empty and dark (bar, interior of hotel buildings,…). the rooms were nice though this is not a 5 star hotel

The gardens are wonderful, the lake, hippos and fresh air throughout the day.

The toilet in my room was a nightmare, after showering water, the place is flooded with water and that was just not okay.

Beautiful location by the lake. Excellent food.

As an Indian who doesn't use toilet paper, it'll be very convenient if a mug is provided in the toilet.

We had a terrible experience in this hotel. After our second night, and when we went to arrange the breakfast for the next day that we were going on safari, they told us that we need to change the room due to maintenance services (our room was perfect). They changed us to a room with a lot of deficiencies (mosquito curtain broken, windows that do not close, no places for the luggages, etc.). Obviously, we complained and changed us to a smoller room with same issues and even with a smaller bed. We decided to avoid more confrontation as the staff was treating us as crazy people. They never helped us with a supposed issue of them, they treated bad, and never apologizes for anything. During all our stay and even more after this, we felt that we were not welcome there. I honestly recommend not going to this hotel. You won’t enjoy your time there.

One member of staff asked my wife and I for a $2000 grant. Some rooms/public spaces are very dark or badly lit.

The facility was ok, the ambiance was good, staff was ok However, we did not have water on Thursday in the evening 22nd, Friday 23rd in the morning, and getting staff to avail it to the rooms was a struggle

The breakfast is delicious, and can be had while looking at Lake Naivasha. They have massive pools for different ages and easy access for tours to Crescent island.

Our fridge wasnt working but everything else was fine.
