Ground Floor Entrance Hall: The front door opens into a spacious and well-lit hallway with a pretty dresser, coat hooks, umbrella stand, and polished stone floor - an ideal place to hang your coats, take off your muddy boots and store your umbrella after a country walk. The feature piece of the hallway is the contemporary stylish, yet perfectly in-keeping, oak and nickel banisters. W.C.: A dual-flush toilet with a hand basin is neatly situated to the left of the entrance. From the hall, straight through a set of double oak doors into the: Living - Dining Room Area: The L-shaped, open-plan living-dining room is a bright and welcoming triple-aspect room. The living room area is furnished with cosy armchairs, a large sofa and love seat for cuddling up in front of the fabulous wood burner. Guests can watch the Smart TV/DVD or listen to music on the Bluetooth speaker. Solid oak side tables and drawer units enhance the welcoming and luxurious feel of the living area, while French windows open out to the patio courtyard where guests can enjoy the outside seating in a quiet setting.
