Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa casa ad Agosto ed è stata una vacanza perfetta , non manca veramente nulla sembra di essere a casa . E che dire della proprietaria ? Una persona squisita e disponibile ! Se dovessimo ritornare in Costa Rei sicuramente torneremo volentieri ospiti di Donatella .

Casetta a schiera pulita e ben tenuta dotata veramente di ogni confort. Vista la metratura dell'appartamento, ben esposta nell'annuncio, lo consiglierei al massimo per 2 adulti e 1 bambino in culla. Gentilissimi i padroni che ci hanno fatto trovare anche dei giochi per la bambina. Anche i vicini, gente del posto in vacanza, si sono dimostrati molto ospitali. La spiaggia più vicina é facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, 5 minuti, ma vale la pena prendere l'auto e divertirsi ogni giorno a trovarne di nuove. Ottimo il barbecue e la doccia all'aperto per le grigliate serali post mare. Per noi prerogativa imprescindibile. In paese abbiamo provato alcuni ristoranti, ma tutti molto "turistici", ottima la pizza al taglio a pochi passi scendendo. Parcheggi ce ne sono in abbondanza lungo la strada. Giusto al weekend, tornando noi tardi dal mare, abbiamo fatto fatica a trovarne uno. Ma altrimenti nessun problema e ce la lasciavamo tutta la notte fino a mattina inoltrata senza spendere un euro. Bello anche poter fare la colazione in veranda all'aria aperta anche se si é circondati da altre casette e la vista non é eccezionale. Concludendo vacanza positiva, promesse rispettate, complimenti a Donatella e famiglia per l'ottima accoglienza e un caro saluto da tutti noi.

Wir haben einen sehr entspannten, erholsamen Urlaub in dem Haus von Donatella verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen in zweiter Reihe zur Straße und ist nah zum Meer (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Strand ist wunderschön (weißer Sand, türkises Wasser, flacher Strand). Man hat dort sowohl einen Kiosk und eine Bar, aber auch genug Platz, um seine Ruhe zu haben. Bei uns war es am Strand manchmal recht windig. In der Nähe gibt es einige nette Restaurants, zwei kleine Supermärkte, einen Fischhändler und einen Schlachter sowie eine Tankstelle. Das Haus ist klein, aber fein. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Sogar Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme für den Strand stehen bereit. Donatella war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, hat sich toll um alles gekümmert und für uns immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Sven u. Nina Hamburg/Germany

Appartamento curato e ben tenuto. Ottima la posizione realmente vicino al mare, ma non direttamente sulla strada, quindi anche molto silenzioso. Dotato di tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza in totale relax. Grazie ancora a Donatella, la proprietaria, che è stata davvero gentilissima!

Organizzazione degli spazi interni ed esterni al meglio, molto pulito e curato e silenzioso; gentile e ottima accoglienza della proprietaria, chiarezza nelle istruzioni; come indicato nell' inserzione, vicinanza al mare e alle strutture (negozi, spazi, ristoranti ecc.). Animazione in piazza e mercatino artigianale molto interessanti. Ci ritorneremo.

Siamo stati benissimo, la villetta è dotata di ogni possibile accessorio, compresa attrezzatura per bambini, tutto nuovissimo e molto gradevole. Presente pompa di calore e due ventilatori a soffitto davvero utili. Giardino curatissimo e splendida doccia esterna con acqua calda solare. Davvero comoda come posizione perchè prossima sia al mare che a servizi, ristoranti e negozi, e con un bambino piccolo è molto utile avere tutto vicino. La spiaggia si trova a cinque minuti a piedi ed è molto bella, pulita e pur essendo l'ultima settimana di luglio non l'ho trovata sovraffollata. Proprio accanto all'ingresso della spiaggia è presente un bar che affitta anche lettini, e a pochi metri un noleggio imbarcazioni. Importante: la zona è abbastanza riparata dal maestrale, e anche quando soffia forte è possibile godersi la spiaggia. La padrona di casa è gentilissima e molto cordiale: è stata una bella scoperta e ci torneremo senz'altro l'anno prossimo. Consigliatissima.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße aber in Dritter Reihe. So bekommt man von dem Verkehr nicht viel mit. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ist sehr gepflegt. Unsere Erwartungen aufgrund der Beschreibung wurden übertroffen. Neben der beschriebenen Ausstattung gab es noch eine Kühltasche mit Akkus, einen Gefrierschrank, 2 Sonnenschirme , Wäscheständer mit Klammern, Adapter für die Steckdose und viele weiter Details wie Tischdecken, Kerzen, Untersetzer usw.; einfach perfekt. Als Begrüßungspräsent stand eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch, im Kühlschrank Bier und Wasser, weiterhin Holzkohle zum Grillen. Donatella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine Gastgeberin, wie man sie sich wünscht. Sie war bei Fragen jederzeit über das Handy zu erreichen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Der Ort ist Ende Mai noch sehr verschlafen. Es haben noch nicht alle Geschäfte auf und auch das Ferienprogramm (Konzerte, Markt usw.) hat noch nicht begonnen. Supermärkte sind mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, jedoch teuer. Hier lohnt sich ein Abstecher zum ca. 3 km entfernten Supermarkt bei St. Elmo über die Küstenstr. zu erreichen. Oder man besucht gleich die großen Supermärte in Villasimius oder Villaputzu. (Die Kühltasche machts möglich :-)). Wenn man mit Sonne und Strand (ebenfalls 5 Sterne) zufrieden ist und kein Interesse an Ausflügen in der Umgebung hat, ist ein Auto nicht nötig. Wir waren froh die 2 Wochen einen Mietwagen zu haben, es wäre einfach zu schade gewesen eine so tolle Insel nicht selbst zu erkunden.

Villetta molto carina, comoda, dotata di tutti i confort, vicinissimo ad una bellissima spiaggia di Costa Rey e al centro del Paese, ove si può godere di ottimi ristoranti, locali serali e negozi . In tre siamo stati benissimo. Ci tornerò. Consigliatissimo.
