First, Barbara is a lovely person and a wonderful host. She gave us a lot of information about Treviso, which is a beautiful city. The apartment was well done and recently the bathroom and kitchen were renovated. The apartment was very clean and the parking was a great bonus. There were 3 of us, all adults and we had plenty of room. We have traveled all over Italy and this apartment is in our list of the top 5! Thank you Barbara!

Séjour formidable
Nous avons passé 9 jours dans l'appartement avec mon mari et ma fille. Tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour. l'appartement est bien placé par rapport au centre de Trévise, la gare pour visiter Venise en 30 minutes avec des trains fréquents. Nous avons découvert cette belle région et nous reviendrons chez Barbara.

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung und können diese, als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Tagesausflüge in die Weinberge, oder Venedig, oder an den Strand nur empfehlen.

La descrizione dell'alloggio corrisponde perfettamente e ci siamo trovati molto bene con Barbara e il marito che ci hanno guidato e consigliato. L'alloggio è luminoso, silenzioso, in ottima posizione, pulito, ben attrezzato e arredato (anche nei particolari) e ben diviso. Abbiamo girato in bici (rifornite dai proprietari) Treviso e in auto e treno il Veneto e non solo. Il climatizzatore non ci ha fatto percepire il caldo e le zanzariere ci hanno permesso di aprire senza avere problemi con zanzare e insetti.
Se ritorniamo in zona, sicuramente questo sarà il nostro alloggio.

Casa accogliente, riservata, confortevole e ben collegata
Soggiorno piacevole. La casa è in posizione strategica, si raggiunge agilmente il centro di Treviso e le principali vie di comunicazione con i vicini centri sono a poche centinaia di metri. Numerosi servizi nelle vicinanze. Piacevole e confidenziale l'accoglienza. Per i nostri bimbi, un graditissimo regalo da parte della cordialissima Barbara... Consiglio vivamente questa casa.

Toller Aufenthalt
Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbringen können. Es war super toll. Barbara ist sehr nett und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und die Möglichkeit der Fahrräder war einfach toll. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das war ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Barbara und Mauro waren wirklich sehr, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir können dieses Domizil nur weiterempfehlen. Nächstes Jahr werden wir uns sicher wieder als Gäste in diesem Haus einquartieren. Sehr empfehlenswert.

superbes vacances
Nous avons passé 14 jours chez Barbara et Mauro. Leur appartement est bien agencé, au calme, à proximité des grandes villes touristiques et du Parc du Sile que l'on a parcouru à bord des vélos mis à notre disposition et compris dans le prix de la location. Leurs conseils nous ont guidés dans nos différentes activités et nous les en remercions.....

Soggiorno a Treviso presso una splendida struttura
Che dire, tutto perfetto. !!! Al nostro arrivo, io, mia moglie e figlia al seguito, siamo stati accolti in modo particolarmente caloroso dal parte dei proprietari Barbara e Mauro che ci hanno anche omaggiato di una bottiglia di vino locale.
L 'appartamento era perfetto sotto tutti aspetti, con adiacente un piccolo corso d'acqua. La struttura è prossima al centro e nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi . Ho utilizzato una loro bici che mi ha consentito di percorrere i numerosi canali d'acqua cittadini. All'atto della nostra partenza Mauro si è proposto di accompagnarci gratuitamente all'aeroporto.
Padroni di casa che di certo in futuro vorremo rincontrare. Grazie.

Vacanze a treviso . Sistemazione ottimale.
Casa perfetta,arredata e funzionale sotto tutti gli aspetti. Spaziose camere con annesso piccolo giardino e canale d'acqua adiacente. Prossima al centro storico raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti . Splendidi padroni di casa , Barbara e Mauro, che al nostro arrivo, eravamo in tre, marito, moglie e figlia ci hanno omaggiato di una bottiglia di vino locale. Disponibiltà delle bici che ho usato alla scoperta della splendida Treviso. Per ultimo Mauro ci ha gratuitamente accompagnato all'aeroporto. Persone che vorremo certamente rivedere. Marco, Maribel e Marina.Sardegna e Spagna.

Super semaine en Vénétie
La location est très propre et très fonctionnelle. La literie confortable, les moustiquaires aux fenêtres nous ont permis de faire de bonnes nuits et la climatisation a été très appréciée vu la chaleur régnant à Trévise fin juin/début juillet. Les propriétaires sont charmants et sont de bons conseils. La mise à disposition gracieusement des vélos par les propriétaires nous a permis de pouvoir nous promener dans Trévise sans prendre la voiture et même d'aller à la gare prendre le train pour Venise. Le centre historique de Trévise est charmant, on s'y sent bien. Il y a plein de boutiques et de beaux commerces. Il y a également de belles excursions à faire aux alentours (Vérone, Vicenza, Padoue, la route du Prosecco, les plages d'Eraclea et de Jesolo). Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de visiter toute la Vénétie alors nous reviendrons chez Barbara et Mauro dès que possible.

Appartement idéal pour séjour Venise
A l'occasion de notre 15eme anniversaire de mariage, un voyage à Venise s'est imposé rapidement à nous afin d'avoir un souvenir inoubliable de cette année. Nous avons souhaité aussi profiter de cette occasion pour faire découvrir un bout de notre patrimoine familial à nos 2 garçons de 12 et 9 ans . La décision de passer cette semaine de vacances italienne dans un appartement à l'extérieur de Venise (pour raison de cout) a donc été retenue.
Dés le début de nos recherches, nous avons sélectionné trés rapidement la Casa Vacanze "La Betulla" proposée Barbara et Mauro, située à Trévise. Et bien nous en a pris. En effet, aprés un long trajet, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par nos hôtes, Barbara et Mauro dans un parfait français et avec une bonne bouteille de vin local. Un premier coup d'oeil à l'appartement nous a conforté dans notre choix : spacieux, propreté, calme, jardin agréable, vélos à disposition, linges fournis, literies confortables, bien équipé, ....tout est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. A cela, se sont ajoutés des premières explications précieuses sur Trévise, les moyens d’accès à Venise (Train) et les visites alentours possibles.
A fin avril, l’accès à Venise depuis l'appartement en voiture est facile, sans encombres et rentable pour 4 personnes . Venise n'est pas encore saturé de touristes ce qui permet de trouver des places dans les parkings situés à l'entrée de Venise (parking communal recommandé). Nous n'avons pas testé l’accès par le train qui doit être très pratique lors de la haute saison touristique.
Trévise est aussi une ville très agréable, trés caractéristique de ce coin d'Italie et plein de charme aussi. A noter aussi la pizzeria tout prés de là pour une immersion totale italienne et des supers pizzas pour quelques malheureux euros.
Avec tous ses atouts, cet appartement est un vrai lieu de repos très apprécié après les journées de "randonnée" dans les ruelles de Venise. Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très discrets. Toute la famille l'a parfaitement apprécié. Nous le recommandons donc avec force. Séjour agréable à Trévise
Nous remercions Barbara et Mauro pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil chaleureux. Ces charmantes personnes nous ont conseillé pour les visites en nous donnant des renseignements et conseils précieux munis de plans.
Le logement est très bien conçu, propre et pratique.
Présence de toutes les commodités possibles : moustiquaires (appréciable car la ville en est envahie à cause de l'eau).
Les commerces sont proches et une pizzeria est située pratiquement en face du logement avec un accueil sympathique de la propriétaire qui propose une connexion internet gratuite (qui nous a été très utile).
Nous avons apprécié le prêt de vélo pour la visite de la ville de Trévise, ceci est très pratique pour faire une balade en toute sécurité le long de la rivière.
Nous avons pu aller très facilement à Venise par le train, ce qui est très pratique, car on ne peut accéder sur l'ile en voiture et les parkings sont très onéreux.
Puis visiter également Padoue, Verone etc.. car la situation géographique du logement nous l'a permis facilement.
Nous conseillerons le logement aux futurs vacanciers.

Très beau séjour!
Un grand merci à Barbara et Mauro!
Merci pour l'excellent accueil, les conseils pour les visites avec plans et documentations à disposition. Le prêt de vélos nous a permis de visiter Trévise (très belle ville) et de nous rendre plusieurs fois à la gare pour prendre le train pour Venise (10 min à vélo et 30 min de train et on arrive au coeur de Venise! sans les problèmes de stationnement...).
L'appartement est spacieux, très confortable, très calme et très propre.
La région est absolument magnifique! Nous reviendrons et recommandons cette location aux amis qui souhaitent se rendre à Venise.

Perfect location
Treviso is a real gem just north of Venice. The city has all the splendor of what a Venetian city has to offer. Park your car and walk, restaurants, shopping and nightlife are all inside the medieval walls. The flat is located minutes away. You can walk, cycle or drive to the core.Barbara the owner was a gracious host and very knowledgeable of the city and other noted attractions. A bottle of presecco was a cool welcome, the flat had everything we needed. The bedrooms were cozy, the washroom was spacious and the kitchen had all the conveniences. We drove throughout Italy and Treviso was one of our more memorable attractions. Our location was perfect as shopping, and major highways were minutes away. Parking is included.

Des vacances de rêve ! Appartement à recommander !
Tout est réuni pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. Tout d'abord les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants (une surprise nous attendait). L'appartement est propre, récent et en bon état (aucune surprise désagréable). Présence de toutes les commodités possibles : moustiquaires (appréciable car la ville en est envahie à cause de l'eau), chaise haute pour bébé ainsi que lit de voyage (des choses en moins à embarquer), le fer à repasser, machine à laver, lve vaiselle, vélo, micro onde, TV (prévoir qlqs jeux pour les enfants car ceux proposés sont très peu nombreux). Place de voiture en dehors de la route. Idéalement placé, il est calme, les voisins ne sont pas bruyants. Petit centre commercial, boulangerie, pizzaiolo à proximité. Rien à redire sauf que nous réservons deux semaines l'été prochain ! Merci pour ces magnifiques vacances. Grazie mille Barbara e Mauro !

Merci à Barbara et Mauro pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. La maison est spacieuse (nous étions 4 adultes et 1 enfant), très propre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire.
Les propriéraires ont eu la bonne idée de mettre à disposition des vélos ce qui rend plus agréables les visites de Trévise, les balades le long de la Sile ainsi que l'accés à la gare pour prendre le train pour venise (1/2h).La localisation est trés centrale pour visiter Venise, Padoue, Verone, La plage, la montagne.
Une super Pizzeria à la porte de la maison et un "Gelato" à proximité qui a été élu le meilleur de notre séjour (et nous en avons fait un certain nombre...)
Bref, allez y les yeux fermés, le petit jardin est très accueillant pour prendre l'apéro et les repas.

Che dire?CASA PERFETTA, ti senti proprio a casa, c''è tutto, dalla coltelleria alla stufetta per il bagno e il mio bimbo aveve anche delle splendide lenzuoline!!!!!All''arrivo ci hanno offerto anche una bottiglia di vino e una di acqua (meno male perchè eravamo a secco).
