Completely renovated to the highest standards in 2013, this large, furnished, air-conditioned studio is situated in the most prestigious residential area of Cap d'Ail, just above the sea front. The flat has a beautiful sea view with a south-facing terrace and private garden. It is located in a very quiet, exclusive, gated residence filled with an abundance of exotic Mediterranean trees and vegetation. The two swimming-pools (summer) in the residence are directly accessible from the flat. One is immediately below it, and the other, an infinity-pool with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean to Cap Ferrat, is just a few steps beyond the flat's private garden. With a quality double-bed, the flat offers comfortable accommodation for 2 people, and has a fully-fitted separate kitchen, a bathroom with bath, shower & WC, and a private parking-space within the compound. The sea front and beaches (with the coastal path to Monaco, watersports centres and stylish restaurants) are a few steps away. The town of Cap d'Ail is within a few minutes walk, where there are shops, restaurants, the tourist office and other amenities. The flat is easily accessed by car, bus or train, and there are good connections to Nice International Airport. The price includes linen, towels, parking, Wi-Fi/cable internet access and telephone calls to non-premium land-lines in more than 100 countries (see below). French & UK TV available. Suitable for people who enjoy and respect a very quiet and tranquil environment. This apartment is in an amazing location. Clean and equipped with everything one would bed. The pools, the privacy, the sea view and walkway into Monaco-all fantastic The apartment is exactly as advertised and Naomi and David were a pleasure to deal with.

There are supposed to be three parking places but if other two are parked then you will struggle. Parking down a very steep and twisty narrow drive, could not park when arrived as gardener had his van down at the bottom where our space was. My husband damaged his car as extremely tricky to negotiate.

This property was very comfortable and easy for getting to the F1 in Monte Carlo. We enjoyed the proximity to seaside restaurants and the walking path to Monte Carlo. The hosts were easy to work with, and provided a great property for us to enjoy. I can highly recommend this property. My only caution would be if you have limited mobility there are many steps in the area.

Can’t find better spot if you are looking to visit Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes and all other gorgeous communities on the Côte d’Azur.

Perfect location in Cap D’Ail
We stayed here in April for one week and the only issue was, it wasn’t long enough. The apartment is spotless, modern and very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The outside space is excellent with a view which is just amazing. With the bus stop and train station both just short walks away, you can be in Monaco, Eze, Villefranche-sur-Mer etc in no time. David and Naomi were very accommodating and efficient and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. I hope you enjoy as much as we did.

This was our fourth visit to this apartment....that speaks for itself! It is exactly as described...great location and views, perfectly kept, spotlessly clean and amazing attention to detail. Fantastic property in a beautiful setting
We have just returned from a week staying in David and Naomi's beautiful apartment. The apartment is set in lovely quiet gardens with a pool just at the bottom of our terrace. We felt we had our own private pool it was so quiet. Very nearby is the train station which takes you to all the lovely towns/villages along the coastline, where you can find more choices of restaurants etc. Cap d'ail was quiet but had everything you needed, so if you are looking for a peaceful chilled base then this apartment is spot on, but with all the hustle and bustle nearby if you want it. David and Naomi were very helpful and they had lots of information in the apartment about the surrounding area. We could not recommend this apartment enough.

Lovely stay in beautiful surroundings
The apartment is set in very lush gardens and it has a wonderful view of the Med. Although compact, it is well equipped and is ideal for a couple. The location is very convenient with easy access to the train station, shops and bus stops. The coastal path is just a few minutes away and we walked along it to Monaco one day, then, in the opposite direction, to Mala beach. David and Naomi are very responsive, accommodating hosts and they answered all our queries in a timely manner.

Super little property in a fantastic location
The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The elevated position gives wonderful views over the Med from the terrace and garden, whilst being just a very short walk downhill to the railway station giving easy access all along the coast (rail strike permitting!).

Sterling accommodation with views that take your breath away!
We so enjoyed staying in Cap d'Ail at this lovely and cozy studio. Though a bit brisk for swimming (and the pool was not in shape for same...but soon to be working just fine), the lower pool is just a few steps away and the private terrace and garden that accompanies the apartment is perfect without it. The unit is small but very light and everything you need is at hand. Since one doesn't spend most of your vacation time inside, we found it spot on!
We were there for an early spring vacation, and found the ease of getting around almost made the car we rented superfluous, especially if you are not a fan of driving and parking in tight spaces. But we were happy to have it for getting up to Eze village and over to the the Fondation Maeght, one of the great modern and contemporary art repositories of the world. The Cap d'Ail train station is just a few steps away (less than 100 steps...and steps is the proper description as this is not a place for those who have walking issues) and we went to Monaco, Nice and Ventimiglia many times for shopping and watching and fab dining.
Our hosts gave the most thorough information about the accommodation and surrounding things to do and where to eat. You will feel at home immediately and if any issue arises, they are but a quick call or email away to solve any problem. We are grateful for their help and good counsel in every instance.

Absolute Bliss!
Our time at the apartment was incredibly relaxing, perfect place for couples to get away for a few days, We often had one or both of the 2 swimming pools to ourselves, and the food and drink in the various restaurants and cafes in the area were brilliant. Naomi and David were also very helpful when we had some issues with the water, Thanks again for a lovely holiday, we will definitely come back again.

Fabulous apartment!
This is the second time we have been to stay at Naomi and David's apartment so you may have guessed we love it. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay and chill then this is right for you. The property is very high spec in a secure area with a small private patio/garden which leads to an infinity pool overlooking the sea. Paradise! The owners have spent a considerable amount of time ensuring that everything you need to know about the area and accommodation are to hand and on the odd occasion we needed advice they came back to us straight away. We will be back!

Wonderful apartment, amazing views, helpful owners
My wife and I stayed in the apartment for a week and were not disappointed. From the offset the owners were very helpful providing lots detail and doing their best to make the stay as easy and nice as possible. Once there it is clear the apartment has been recently remodelled to a high standard with everything from a TV with English speaking channels & Netflix, to a piano. The pools were fantastic and quiet and it is a short walk to the beach and shops. Having been coming to cap d'ail for many years I can say this was one of the best places to stay and would strongly recommend it.

A Perfect Haven
We stayed in David and Naomi's apartment again this year. The apartment is just lovely, ideally situated. It is exactly as shown on the website. Directions, explanatations etc. are excellent. The pools are lovely also. I would definitely recommend it to anyone...and I'm very fussy! We hope to return next year again for another wonderful holiday.

This apartment is clean,modern, great location and has all possible required amenities including our door swimming pool and terrace so you can really enjoy the Rivera sunshine and view of the sea. It is safe and secure and the property owners are always available if you have questions, over all an amazing experience

The owners have taken every detail into consideration for your stay here. The apartment is great for two people with indoor & outdoor dining options and a small private garden. Everything is newly appointed from their recent renovation. You can walk along the sea walk to Monaco and Cap D'Ail and drive with easy access to explore Nice, Eze, St. Paul and other towns in the area. It is well maintained and bonus in this area is the private parking spot in gated complex. They have a good resource library available in the flat and were easily accessible if needed. You will not be disappointed! We have already booked to return late spring this year!
