Everything was excellent - friendly helpful staff, immaculately clean and well located.
Only criticism would be to have more coffee pods in the room - although coffee was constantly available in the lobby cafe.

Ideaal/ centraal gelegen om Tirana lopend te verkennen. Hartelijk ontvangst met heldere info. Prima kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed werkende wifi en airco. Alles goed schoon en een prima badkamer.
Lekker ontbijt. Tip: wil je naar het vliegveld laar dan de receptie voor een taxi bellen. Een goede prijs.
Je moet er even doorheen kijken dat het aan een klein “ achteraf “ straatje ligt maar dat is geen probleem.

Location was perfect. Everything was in a walking distance. Breakfast was okay, room was spacious. Staff were friendly, let is to check out later without any fee.

Very central just behind a main road. Bathroom and breakfast were great.
Blerinda who worked the breakfast shift was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming.
Tricky to find even with Google maps and the help of two local Albanians. When you get close to it you need to look up to see it hidden behind the main road. Receptionist could have been more welcoming. This was probably due to her young age and inexperience in the hospitality trade.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena , casi todo lo que hay que ver esta en un radio de 2km.
El señor que ayuda con el equipaje es amabilísimo , incluso acepto subir al coche para lograr encontrar el camino al parking .
Es un hotel pequeño , antiguo, que tras la rehabilitación q están haciendo estará precioso
Desayuno variado .
La fachada y la zona de acceso al hotel esta siendo rehabilitada por lo q el acceso es por detrás y es dificil de encontrar y para llegar en coche hay que ir por callejuelas ( parece que sea la zona de acceso del personal )
La decoración de las habitaciones esta muy anticuada ( años 80) . El armario es muy pequeño .
El desayuno es en una sala muy pequeña , con las ventanas tapadas por vegetación o mallas .
La calidad de los dulces del desayuno deja mucho q desear .

L’emplacement à 5 minutes à pied de la place Skanderberg et donc de tous les sites et/ou musées à voir dans le centre ville de Tirana. Beaucoup de bars et restaurants à proximité. Hôtel calme dans petite rue. Parking privé ouvert 24H/24H. Bonne literie et personnel très pro. Nous recommandons fortement

The proximity to the main attractions in Tirana were perfect. The hotel itself is nice and clean, the staff were friendly. The breakfast was tasty.

Amplasare la mică distanță de Piața Skanderberg și de centrul Comercial Toptani. Principalele obiective din zona centrală sunt extrem de aproape. Loc de parcare privat și mic de dejun copios. Un hotel cu un raport bun preț/calitate.
Cred că cele 5 stele ale hotelului sunt un pic exagerate, la standarde europene este la cel mult 4 stele. Hotelul este defapt un vechi bloc comunist transformat în hotel, pe geam la mică distantă, puteți să faceți cu ochiul unor locatari dintr-un bloc tipic albanez.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, el precio es bueno, el parking incluido y el desayuno bien.
En el desayuno no habían leche vegetal, la entrada del hotel se hace por una calle estrecha secundaria y estrecha por la que también se accede al parking, la almohada baja, y estaba bien pero no para 5 estrellas como anuncian, 4 sí. La tarjeta de la puerta dejó de funcionar todos los días menos el último, vaya rollo todos los días bajar a que la reactivaran.

Für so ein kleines Hotel war das Frühstück ausreichend, lecker und variantenreich. Lage fussläufig in die City ist super. Die hoteleigene Parkplatzwache war sehr hilfsbereit und gab einem das Gefühl von Sicherheit. Durch den vorherigen Schriftverkehr wurde unser Auto bereits erwartet und gleich mit „Schranke hoch“ empfangen. WIR haben den Parkplatz und den Hoteleingang sofort gefunden;)
Die Fenster zur Hauptstraße schlossen nicht richtig (die Dichtungen waren verschlissen). Eine Lärmquelle, die so stark auch in einem Stadthotel nicht sein müsste. Ohne Ohropax wären die Nächte nicht auszuhalten gewesen. Im Badezimmer lagen mehrere lange schwarze Haare. Definitiv nicht von uns. Es sollte jedem Gast dieses 5-Sterne Hotels klar sein, dass diese Seitenstrasse keine „Prachtallee“ ist. Wir haben uns jedoch wohl gefühlt!

Lo mejor del alojamiento la ubicación, está en el centro de Tirana, cerca de todos los sitios que hay que visitar.
La calle en la que está ubicado el hotel es súper estrecha y las vistas de la habitación, que parece que dan a una terraza exterior brutal, dan a un edificio que está muy cerca. Pero la terraza está bien.

The rooms were really clean and the breakfast was great. Staff were really friendly.
There was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms, as non smokers this was awful for us. Also one room was so hot and the thermostat was locked so we couldn’t change it.

Staff were so friendly and the parking was easy which was a nice change for Albania! Breakfast was great!
There is a lot of loud construction going on right in front of the hotel that goes til 11 or so at night and starts as the sun comes up. I know this isn't the hotel's fault but if your room faces this (which ours did), it's not ideal. A warning or even an acknowledgment I think would have gone a long way.

Everything. From the staff to the premises, and the location everything was perfect. The hotel manager (Nick) is great, very helpful. It was so good that we ended up booking another night.

Unfortunately there was construction work at the front of the hotel which continued until after midnight on the night of our stay.

Breakfast was excellent and rich with variety. Rooms are clean and include coffee machines to gain additional energy during the day. Staff is friendly.
The restaurant was not working and when you feel tired and not willing to go out, it was a bit complicated to get dinner. However, the staff in the hotel is helpful to order for you.

The place was very neat and cute. The room was perfect for one night. The hotel has a reserved parking. The staffs were super nice and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of options compared to how the small place it is. Absolutely loved the stay!

THE STAFF- so welcoming, beautiful, kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, supported and happy.
THE LOCATION- perfect to get everywhere and right in the middle of it.
We were not told about the construction works which meant there was no restaurant and we could not sleep until after midnight as the works were outside our window. This made it a hard wake up as we had an early flight to get to.
