As our name suggests “Villa Seagrove” is located in the heart of the very picturesque Seagrove Estate located in the bustling seaside town of Cowes, Phillip Islands main hub. “Villa Seagrove” is situated in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood, opposite parkland, far away from the busy crowds yet still close enough to stroll into town or pack up your beach towel and esky and head off to the nearest beach. The nearest beach and beachside cafe (The Boatramp Cafe) is a short 800m walk from Seagrove Estate. With its laidback Balinese Influence, "Villa Seagrove" is a modern, beautifully furnished home, fully equipped, with attention to detail, and set up to accommodate up to 9 people (4 adults, 5 children) comfortably. It features mature landscaped gardens, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a gas log heater and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. Indoors “Villa Seagrove” offers two separate living areas, a Smart TV with Netflix, sound bar, DVD player, three spacious bedrooms (with wall mounted T.V's), large modern kitchen, central dining area, a study nook, two bathroom/toilets and a self contained laundry. Outdoor living is generously catered for as well, with two sheltered decks. One is a fully covered BBQ/outdoor eating area opening off the main living area. This comfortable private space is equipped with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting, comfortably seating 8-10. The other smaller decked area is where you can relax with a few drinks around the luxurious heated spa. The totally private, secluded spa area is an Oasis surrounded by tropical plants, decking and a day bed. In our Games Room, you will find a full sized pool table, Bluetooth Hifi system, various books, magazines, board games, puzzles, cd’s, DVD’s & Free Wifi for your enjoyment. There is also a small study perfect for those having to work from home during their stay. Bedding Configuration... "Villa Seagrove" is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 9 Bedroom 1: One King bed Bedroom 2: One Queen bed Bedroom 3: Two sets of single bunks and a Trundle Bed Porta Cot also available. All beds are equipped with mattress/pillow protectors and freshly laundered quality linen. We are happy to welcome guests travelling with infants or toddlers as a porta-cot is provided (you will need to supply your own linen). Bath towels, hand towels & bath mats are also provided. Spa towels are also available on request. Minimum 2 night stay. Long Weekends Minimum 3 night stay. Easter 4 Night Stay. A fully enclosed backyard will make sure your children are safe and secure at all times. This stunning home is equipped with everything, and more, you will need for a wonderful and memorable holiday experience. We had a wonderful stay.
The house gives lovely vacay vibes whilst making you feel right at home.
It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved the pool table and spa.
The location is great with everything near by including the beach.

Beautiful & clean Bali themed home.
It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were fantastic to deal with. The pool table and spa made it an extra fun girls weekend away.

Communication with Mark was excellent. The place was great for a winter staycation with lots to do when we stayed in during the evenings. Location is also great. The property could benefit from having a few more basic things in the kitchen that would've been convenient. We used the gas log fire which was very cosy but having to move the couch a metre away meant it blocked the entrance to the kitchen, which was a bit inconvenient.

T.v needs an upgrade
Hi Mark,
Loved the house found the t.v area needs some love. The couch in the spa area would suit better with a t.v as the couch near the dinning area was too small for my partner hes rather tall. We enjoyed our stay was just that couch area needing some sprucing.

We had an amazing time at this property.
children enjoyed the pool table , it was only a couple minute drive to wherever we need to get to which is great with kids ,so close to the shops close to the beach and also close to all the things we needed to see.
We had two days of very bad weather it was storming and the property was amazing to help us feel like we were at home it had everything we needed ,it was also very cosy as well as plenty of space for us not to be on top of each other . There was plenty of board games for kids to keep busy also a very lovely backyard,I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

Excellent for family gateway with young kids
The house was neat, tidy and loaded with entertainment (pool table, lots of board games, DVDs for everyone, etc.). Beach and supermarkets are a couple of minutes drive.
We had a lovely time and a much needed break from lockdown.
On top of that, communication with Mark was excellent. Would definitely recommend this house to friends!

Fantastic house - has everything you need
We had a great time! Thank you for hosting us. The spa and pool table were a hit, as was the fireplace! The beds were comfy and it was lovely and quiet.

Upon arriving at the Seagrove Villa we were immediately impressed with the house. Very cosy and private, just what we needed for a relaxing break. The spa and the pool table were a hit! Even the kids had a blast, we would've extended our stay had we had the chance. Definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to let loose. Mark and Debbie are amazing communicators and ensured our satisfaction throughout the stay, we would love to come back again.

This house is just perfect~! The owner is very kind and it was easy to communicate. The house was clean and well-organised and also nice interior. We didn’t want to leave it and we would extend the days if we could. It was unforgettable holiday with my family because everyone love it.

Great house, very neat and clean!!
Stayed at Villa Seagrove for a weekend with my husband. The house was very neat and tidy with pool table & spa. Lovely outdoor area to sit and relax. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, only a couple of minutes drive to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Would definitely stay again!!
