About this condo rental
Bright apartment with open views of the mountain and the slopes, ski-to-door access to the main ski lifts. Located in the heart of the resort near the shops. Free shuttle stop at 30m. free minute parking in front of the building. Covered parking (paying) at 100m At the ground floor level, ideal access for loading / unloading. Access for people with reduced mobility. Vast surface area for a ski resort: 50m² with one bedroom and a large living room, a dining room, a separate WC and a bathroom with bathtub or shower. Well-kept leisure facilities for the ease of stay: free Wi-Fi, 23-channel High Definition TV, Hifi Radio, CD player, Telephone, DVD player, etc. Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, MO oven / grill, fridge and everything you need for cooking and eating. A good fifty residents have already appreciated it since the 90s, this will be the case for you! The booking formalities are super easy and friendly. An on-site delegate is available. I also speak English and Spanish, as well as basic Dutch. NOTE: The only negative assessment comes from dishonest residents who have seriously damaged the premises and who have taken revenge for having to pay their deposit. Their words are lies. NOTE: The only negative comments are issued by indelicates persons who have left the place in a very poor state and had to pay their bail. Their assertions are just lies. We stayed as an adult family Of 5 for a week in this apartment and it was probably the best place we have ever stayed in and we have been on many ski trips as a family. It was very spacious for us all, so convenient to everything and right on the slopes for ski in ski out ease. A very short walk to the shops and restaurants in Lavachet and Le Lac, also the free bus left you almost at our door. Highly recommended

L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très agréable de Tignes, depart- arrivee ski au pied est un atout indéniable ! Il est très bien équipé et la résidence est à taille humaine et ultra fonctionnelle. Je recommande vivement .

Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Tignes. L'appartement est tout simplement parfait. L'emplacement idéal au pied des pistes avec une belle vue, spacieux, propre, lumineux et fonctionnel. La hôte est sympathique et très à l'écoute. Nous recommandons ce appartement à 200%. Merci pour tout.

L'alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione ed è dotato di tutti i confort necessari. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et très bien équipé.
Les diverses informations utiles sont clairement transmises par la propriétaire qui est très sympathique et à l’écoute.

Suite au contexte actuel et à l'impossibilité de venir à Tignes, il nous a été proposé de reporter et pouvoir réserver à nouveau l'appartement pour un futur séjour. Je recommande.

Incredible ski location
We stayed here with a group of 4 during the ski season. The apartment was nice, clean, plenty of space with a beautiful view of the mountains. You can literally ski to the door easily. Luc was helpful and responsive throughout. I would definitely stay again.

Point positif Super situation de l appartement ,beaucoup de rangement.
Point négatif la chambre enfants derrière le local à ski super bruyant, chauffage d appoint idem,revoir les prestations de chauffage, à l arrivée chasse d eau défectueuse (fuite).réparer par nous même,autrement nous avons passé un agréable séjour,

Un propriétaire au petits oignons ...réagit vite.
La gérante sur place est agréable, disponible et efficace.
L'appartement situé dans le quartier du Lavachet ski au pied sur la piste verte sous télésiège de Paquis.
L’équipement est presque complet.
Pour être parfait il manque un vrai four et une machine a laver le linge...mais cela n'est pas trop gênant.

Appartment in super Lage
Das Appartment ist genau so, wie es im Internet beschrieben ist. Die Lage is perfekt. Man fährt mit den Skiern direkt zur Eingangstür.
Als wir ankamen, hatten wir unser Bettzeug vergessen. Der Vermieter hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und eine Lösung gefunden.
Die Sachen in der Kücke haben alle gut funktioniert, selbst die Messer waren scharf.
Wir waren mit drei Personen im Appartment. Vier wären problemlos möglich, fünf sind sicherlich auch machbar. Die Stockbetten sind allerdings recht kurz und für Personen über 1,80 m zu kurz. In Summe können aber 3-4 lange Menschen dort schlafen.

Appartement dont la situation est idéale au pied des pistes, confortable au possible et très lumineux. Tout le nécessaire est là pour passer un séjour agréable, quel que soit le temps. La vue de l'appartement sur la montagne donne une lumière magnifique à toute heure du jour et sa disposition est tout à fait parfaite.

Séjour idéal sur Tigne
Appartement très fonctionnel , de belles dimensions, bien confortable et chaleureux. Une vue imprenable sur la montagne et accès skis aux pieds idéal.
Conforme à son annonce, même qq agréables surprises....
Une station grandiose, pistes parfaites pour de moyens à très bons skieurs : moderne , non surpeuplée et enneigement maximum.

parfait pour le ski et même pour le reste
Nous sommes allés en famille et tout s'est bien passé, comme d'habitude.
Il y avait de la neige jusqu'au 1° étage et l'entrée de l'immeuble était presque ensevelie sous la neige. Du jamais vu en 20 ans que nous venons dans cet appartement.
Le WIFI gratuit, c'est parfait! Merci pour ce petit progrès.

Amis des propriétaires, notre appréciation est peut-être subjective... mais nous venons skier à Tignes depuis plus de 20 ans dans leur appartement familial.
C'est nickel!
L'emplacement est idéal, l'appartement très lumineux et confortable.

Casa bastante fría y camas incomodas.
Las camas son bastante incomodas, además que la ropa de
cama estaba sucia, los edredones tenian manchas como
de sangre que luego nos cobraron en limpieza como si las
hubiesemos manchado nosotros.
No tiene ni escoba ni fregona, no nos dejo ni un rollo de
papel higienico y carece de productos de limpieza, nos
quitaron casi el total de la fianza por limpieza cuando dejamos la casa limpia.
Es bastante fria, tiene radiadores pero no siempre estan
encendidos, teniamos que dormir con edredon y dos mantas
por persona.
El propietario nos intento cobrar menos a traves de
su mail, para evitar comisiones, pero al no confiar lo
hicimos a traves de la web, ponía ademas que nos cobraria
un importe por la la limpieza y después nos cobro otro dejando la casa
limpia.
