We rented this house for a trip to visit our son who relocated to the area and were very pleased with the house. Would definitely stay here again the next time we return for another visit. Everything was up to date, clean and nicely decorated and the host was very pleasant.

This past April, my family enjoyed a small weekend trip for Easter at this beautiful house. Everything was very clean and organized. Our host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. When we arrived at the property, we were greeted with a gift basket filled with treats for the whole family- including our dog! Our stay truly became our home away from home for our weekend visit.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The neighborhood is quite but very close to multiple beaches and state parks. The house is spacious, clean, and honestly it exceeded our expectations. I will go back there with my family and I highly recommend it.

My wife and I and her 94 year old Mom stayed at this location to attend a nephew's wedding nearby. The house was spotless, very comfortable. My wife's Mom stayed on the first floor using the sofabed and restroom on the first floor so she didn't need to climb stairs. Perfect for her! The location is very convenient to shopping. Check in and check out were super easy. Tiffany was very responsive to answer questions. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

Have rented many properties over the years and this one is the best ever! It’s immaculate, decorating is tasteful (and fun), everything is very well organized and absolutely anything we needed was provided! We had a great evening choosing and playing games. Wish we had more time and better weather to enjoy the lovely outdoor area. We were extremely grateful for Tiffany’s sweet notes and helpfulness!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was well appointed and decorated. The property was peaceful and beautiful though there was some traffic noise. We would stay here again! The host, TiffNy was friendly and easy to reach.

This was an absolutely gorgeous property I loved the wood furniture and floors… the decor even mixed with a modern touch reminds one of simpler times. As soon as I walked in, I could feel the stress ease in the very tranquil setting almost like time slowed.
The property, even next to a road feels hidden. It has a huge back yard that our pup could run until he exhausted and my husband could play basketball until he exhausted.
It is a great central point for heading into downtown Waterford, New London, Groton, and Mystic all within 20 minutes. We were able to do day trips into Massachusetts, New York, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
The property host, Tiff, was amazing. She was very responsive to any questions we had, even offering suggestions.
She left a parking pass for a day at the beach. That may not seem like a big deal but coming from a city that always has parking issues and high priced parking…well, then you know.
We loved this property and will definitely book again.
You cannot go wrong with doing the same.

Our family of 6 stayed here when celebrating a wedding at nearby Eolia Mansion. The home was nicely decorated, spotless, our dog was welcome, and the kids told their friends, “OUR rental house has toys!” Tiffany was quick to respond to any questions we had. We are so happy we chose this home!

THis house was great . They had all the needs if you forgot something. The location was perfect for my daughters cheer comp. and a visit to the ocean . It wasnt far from any of the sights of CT . It was a quick trip to NYC ! It accommodated our large family perfectly . Tiffany was a fast response on anything needed. I would recommend this place to anyone .

Very warm and inviting home with lots of charming added touches. A great yard and spacious patio. Very well supplied - plenty of plates, utensils, pans, paper goods. Minutes away to grocery store and restaurants. Host is extremely responsive and an all around nice person. Really enjoyed our 11 day stay.

Clean and cozy
Just like the pictures, this was a cute and cozy home that suited our purposes well. The host was extremely communicative. In comparison with other homes I've rented this was extremely well stocked with great touches like bath toiletry samples, local menus, spices, etc. Even seasonal decor out to make things 'like home.' A downside to note, (not the host's fault), is that the town water (including bath/shower/faucets, etc) has a very strong chlorine odor, so we bought bottled water for drinking, coffee pot, toothbrushes, etc. All depends what you are used to (we have filtered well water at home). Would definitely stay again.

Charming house with everything we needed!
We vacationed with my daughter’s family and we’re delighted that this house had what we needed, as well as a few extra surprises during our stay. My granddaughter, 4 years old, was particularly happy about the cabinet full of games and activities designed for family game night. The bedrooms were cozy & we did utilize the sleeper sofa in the living room for added comfort. The AC was well utilized since a couple of the days were hot & hazy! With Ocean Park Beach and the Mystic Aquarium nearby, we had no shortage of fun activities in the area. I highly recommend this home!

Tiffany was great; the property was first rate. The “tightest” old (150 years?) farmhouse I’ve ever seen. So nicely appointed too. If our youngest ends up at USCGA, we’ll definitely revisit often!
