PROPERTY DETAILS This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 8 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor also has a large open living area and a convenient wet bar. This house is very spacious. The elevator goes to all floors starting from the ground level. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS First Floor- Room 1: King Room 2: King Room 3: King Room 4: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen. Second Floor- Room 5: King Room 6: Queen, Queen Room 7: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pets are not permitted at this property Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30 Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach property Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. The house was great. The only down part of the house was that it was a long walk to the beach access. No direct route. Need a a golf cart if you are renting.

The house was great for our family needs. Couldn’t ask for better. Only two thing can be improved upon; 1)the upstairs porch door is a bear to open; 2) we have to exterminate at least six active wasp nests that we under the porches. Despite those issues we will be back.

We had a wonderful week at Salt Life. House was clean. Plenty of space for 14 adults. Pool and Tiki Bar were awesome. Great location so close to beach access. Golf cart made beach transit even easier. We highly recommend Salt Life.

Don’t hesitate to rent this property. It is exactly as listed except you can’t capture the view in pictures! Lots of room to spread out and the pool area was a wonderful oasis. One of the best houses I ever rented! Would stay again for sure!

It’s a great house, easy walk to the beach and tons of space for everyone to spread out. Bedrooms are big, living spaces are also well designed. We loved the pool and outdoor space too. Perfect for a relaxing beach vacation.

My family had the perfect week at Salt Life! Beautiful, clean house. Very spacious. We loved the pool and the fact that it has a large step. It was the perfect place for our little ones to play when they wanted a break from swimming without getting out of the water. The kids were so excited to take the golf cart for their nightly trip to Sunset Slush. Plenty of pool and beach chairs. The only thing we thought was missing was an entrance to the pool from the back or the side of the house similar to the ones we had at other houses during previous stays. Since we spend a lot of time at the pool and we had 5 small children with us it would have been nice to have that. At the end of the week none of us wanted to leave and we can’t wait to return next year!

This was our second year at Holden Beach and the house was memorable. We have stayed at other homes at other beaches for the last 20+ years. The home was very clean and accommodated our large extended family. The bedding/rooms were large and very nice. We loved the pool (one of the largest pools we have had. We have some older members that live the beach so the golf cart was an added bonus but the walk isn’t bad. Loved the extra den and pool table for the younger kids and all the TVs was enjoyed by all. I do have some pointers for future renters is that the kitchen has the essentials but there were several things missing. We cook every meal in the house so we did have to buy some cooking items such as dish towels and baking dishes but can be expected with such a newer home. It would also be nice to have some entrance rugs to keep the dirt/sand out of the house which we did purchase to have while there. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Salt Life was an awesome experience for our big family beach week. The place was clean and comfortable. Everyone had space to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and plenty of utensils. The location to the beach access was super close. We had a wonderful stay!

The house was very nice. The description of the room layout online and actual layout once there seemed to be different. Which we had to rework our rooming plans after getting there. We needed more towels for our large group but the host responded very quickly and sent more. Direction to what beach access we could take would have been helpful, since there’s lots of private access only. Over all we had tons of space, the beds were comfy and it was family friendly for all the ages we had (1yo to 65yo).
