Located in North Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for R 8,174 per night is a great option for your next break. Extra-large oceanfront condo with a spacious living area decorated in subtle hues that perfectly frame your outstanding view of the Atlantic Ocean. This corner unit boasts ocean views from all 7 bedrooms (two of which are oceanfront) and a panoramic view of the coast from the living area and both first and second-floor balconies. You do not even have to step in the sand to feel like you are always on the beach! This beautiful unit is on the fourth floor, providing magnificent direct oceanfront views. From the parking area under the building, up the elevator, the front door is just a few steps away. Inside the door you will find the built-in bench and wall hooks a very convenient place to stow your flip-flops and hang your beach towels. Adjacent is the game room, complete with pool table and 46-inch flat screen TV. You will be drawn straight through by the ocean view to the open living, dining, and kitchen area with double sliding doors that lead out onto a full-length balcony. This unit has no shortage of technology for entertainment and convenience. The Wi-Fi router provides coverage of the 3,000 square feet of living space. The 55-inch LED high-definition (HD) flat screen in the living room is not only a Smart TV for streaming Netflix (subscription required), Hulu, and many other channels, but also includes a full HD cable box with an interactive guide, On Demand, and a BluRay/DVD player. The game room has a 46-inch HD TV, and every one of the seven bedrooms has its own 32-inch LED Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi. There is only one elevator. While the elevator is well-maintained and generally reliable, the salt air is very hard on mechanical systems, so it does experience problems occasionally. Although we want everyone to experience this property, please be advised that on these occasions all guests will need to ascend and descend three flights of stairs. Refunds will not be issued for lack of availability of the elevator. Allows parking for 4 vehicles. Motorcycles Allowed - NO TRAILERS ALLOWED No Pets No Smoking Inside unit. There is a $500.00 Deep Cleaning fee for smoking in a unit. No Groups Under the age of 25 No group parties allowed No golf carts allowed. No Trailers When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals. All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

I recommend this unit to families/ groups. The unit is very spacious and extremely clean. The Manager was extremely responsive. The location is great. The beach area was not crowded and we were able to walk to restaurants, arcades, and shopping. The outdoor pool/hot tub is small but not crowded.

This property was exactly what we needed. Our large group had plenty of room. Location can not be beat. Condo had all the provisions for cooking. Highly recommend.

Very nice oceanfront condo with plenty of space for everyone. My only frustration was that parking was very tight and that patrons without parking permits would park at the property which would force me to park across the street at the Public Parking Lot at my expense.

7 of us came down for a week of golf. The house was perfect as we could spread out and enjoy. Right on the water, the house was perfect!

We loved this condo!! So spacious - more space than I expected. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. It was beautiful with beautiful views. We had a blast and will return!!!

This was a perfect property for our family with 4 adult kids, their spouses, and our grandchildren (14 in total)! Plenty of open space in the condo. Rooms were great with the king beds for all the couples. Great beach access! The parking garage spaces are very tight, but nice that it is right on the property. My one complaint of the whole vacation would be the pool. It is very small and wasn't cleaned very well. Our family likes to have some ocean time and then a LOT of pool time, so this was disappointing for us, especially since we had toddlers. But overall, we would highly recommend this property. The hosts were great to work with and made check in and check out very easy.

This unit was even more spacious than it seemed from the pix online. We had a blast meeting up for our first family reunion here. The only complaints we have are mattresses in many of the rooms need replaced- too hard and noisy. Plus a couple of the shower curtain liners were moldy and also need replaced (hence the 4* for cleanliness). Having 2 fridges was awesome for our large group and we loved being steps from the beach!

We had a fantastic week at Ambassador Villa! 11 adults and 3 children had plenty of space to enjoy our time. The view of the beach is beautiful from both balconies. The location is within walking distance to shopping and dining. The young adults enjoyed the nightlife! Attractions were within a 15 minute drive. We did have two small issues but maintenance was very quick to resolve.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The pool is too small to bother and the dishwasher didn't work but we just used paper and plastic instead. Right on beach, easy access to shopping, thank you!

The condo is in a nice area with great views, but requests for additional towels and pillows were not fulfilled. The property needs some updating as well. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a few days though.

Overall, we were very satisfied The hiccups we experienced: -took almost 4 days to get a parking pass for 1 vehicle, which had a notice that it would be towed -Pool was not open. Being we had such a diverse group of people, it was one of perks of booking the place. -took almost 4 days to get all the bath towels that we needed. -Elevator was out several times during our stay, the longest out of service was 24 hours. However, we were most thankful that the elevator was working properly for our arrival & departure. Overall, we loved the place, even with those hiccups

The place was great the property sucked. The elevator was broken most of our stay and we had to walk up and down the steps (5th floor). My mom who is handicapped was stuck in the room most of our stay due to this. The hot tub as I understand has been broken for some time. Was told I would from someone and that still has not happened.

This home was in a great location and the views were amazing BUT forced to sleep with roaches took the cake. We discovered them within minutes of walking through the door. Two other families left as we were arriving for this very reason. Maintenance came quickly only to tell us that it would be a couple of days before they could get somebody out to exterminate and that there were no other properties available. Unfortunately because it was Christmas Eve when we arrived, finding another place at the last minute for 13 people was impossible. Christmas is my birthday and we wanted to get away and do something different. Four hours away from home, this may have been the worst Birthday ever.
