Located in Edgewater Gulf Beach, this attractive condo for R 4,922 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Master bedroom on the water has a king bed, balcony access and nicely redone master bath with a tile shower. 2nd Master bedroom also has a king bed and nicely redone tile shower. 3rd bedroom contains 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV on the wall and a guest bath with a tub and tile shower. Upstairs 4th bedroom right on the Gulf has a pullout queen sleeper sofa and a new tile shower. Check out our pics and inquire for more details. THIS UNIT DIRECTLY OVERLOOKS THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE WATER OF THE GULF OF MEXICO. EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT, voted one of the 100 resorts in the country. Edgewater Resort is the most luxurious preferred lodging facility in Panama City Beach. It is a beautiful, upscale, premier resort. There are many family amenities, such as controlled entrance, 24-hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon style swimming pool (and many smaller swimming pools scattered across the property) landscaped with waterfalls, palms, exotic plants, flowers, whirlpools, golf, tennis courts (approximately 20), two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, parasailing, sailing, exercise room, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc. Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full. Older building, less that expected for a beach front penthouse, drop ceilings in some areas, all shower drains slow or not draining at all, 2 women in property management office had no interest in helping anybody went in to get a pass for my trailer never got the pass. They just sat there and ignored me., would not stay at edgewater again. Did have a beautiful pool and a wonderful view of the ocean.

Very nice location. The unit was not as clean as it could have been. The furnace room door was filthy. The filter was gross. There was 1 kitchen towel and 1 dish rag, not enough for 10 people, 7 days. The door handle to one of the bedrooms kept falling off, the bathroom door knob was also falling off. YourPlace is too nice not to be kept up better. TV upstairs did not work. Both sliding doors did not lock. This was an issue with safety. We have an autistic grandson and it was very scary for us to relax. The cleaning crew was called back by John because he found a fork on the floor with spaghetti on it. The kid that was vacuuming could not get his nose out of his phone. The drains would not drain very well , so it was gross to stand in. I would only recommend if I seen a lot of improvements made at this location.

It was a nice place, good location, on the beach, nice pools. The condo was a little dated and had some wear and tear like doors that wouldnt latch closed or curtains that took forever to get closed. But overall good place to stay for the price.

The Edgewater resort was amazing. The pool and main patio area was so great I never felt the need to explore the many other pools, some of my party did they expressed if you wanted a more peaceful quiet swim they were great but I loved the DJ and music and felt the pool was so large it never really felt full. My unit was sufficient, that's what I'll say about ECDI. It meets our needs and this year the beds all seemed comfortable and soft enough which has been an issue in the past. The top deck wasn't really useful, it was too hot and there is no table or furniture up there as the picture shows, we also found a loose bolt and at that point told the kids to stay off the deck. The covered patio was well enough. If you run hot as I do don't bother with the master suite take the room on the inside wall. I kept the fans running all week and couldn't even open the curtains because of how much heat the windows let in. It was still too warm in there although it was in the 90s all week. My sister however took the other master and froze her tail off in there. I wish I'd known if have given it too her. Bring a tablecloth or buy a cheap one you won't regret it. I've stayed with ECDI for a few years now, I probably save some money and I don't have to worry constantly about someone breaking or staining stuff so it's peaceful enough for me. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat I'd just make a few changes. The restaurants and stores were convenient. Edgies had a place to inflate our floats, the chicken quesadilla at oceans was too die for, all the kids loved it. We had an awesome week in PCB thanks.

We had a great week - perfect weather and clear water. We also love Edgewater and have stayed here multiple times. This is not really a complaint, but more of a "thought you should know" for future guests. This condo desperately needs a remodel. Old furniture, scuffed walls, damaged sheet rock, and the master bedroom will never get cool. We had to keep all blinds drawn 24/7 just to keep the condo barely cool. There's a pedestal fan in the closet that we had to aim directly at us as we slept to keep cool. As noted in other reviews, the penthouse deck has only 2 rusty lounge chairs - not the variety of furniture pictured. Again, we had a GREAT vacation this week, but I wanted to warn future guests what you can expect when renting this condo.

The property and view from the condo was beautiful. The condo needs to be remodeled and new furniture, paint, pest control. We arrived at the condo after a 12 hour drive and had to find other accommodations because i was not going to allow my family to sleep in these conditions.

The pool and location were great. The house cleaners husband was sitting in the condo having a drink when we arrived which was odd (we were not early).
There are multiple water stains, areas in the condo that need a deep clean, pealing weather stripping and stains on the couch. We planned to have dinners on the rooftop patio and the pictures had a large table and multiple
Chairs up top. But when we got there, there were only 2 lounge chairs, no table and we couldn’t move any chairs up there since the staircase was too narrow. So the rooftop patio was only good for sunbathing and not much else. Luckily the weather was amazing so we were not in the condo much.

We rented this condo because we had no choice. 3 days before our vacation, Emerald Coast sent me a text telling me that the condo we rented was no longer available. They informed me that they had a nice penthouse that they could give me instead for the same price. I have never written a bad review until now, but something needs to be said about this place. - None of the pictures in this listing are accurate. None of the furniture was the same except that ugly green pull out. - The furniture was really gross and really broken down. Everything squeaked like crazy.o We found dirty socks in the coucho There were no sheets for the pullout beds when we arrived, and the mattresses were disgusting.o There was a nasty picnic table cloth that had become one with the kitchen table. It was sticky and could not be removed. o The listing states that there are two queen beds, but there was one queen and one double. That doesn’t work very well when you have 18 year old boys.o The showers don’t drain. The maintenance man came and used a plunger to get the water to go down. And yes, it was the same plunger used for the toilet. o There was no patio furniture on the top deck like the picture shows. When we arrived, there was just one old lawn chair. The upper patio was basically useless. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I had it all to do over again, I would have asked for my money back and rented something nicer from a more reputable company. Another family that was traveling with us also had their unit cancelled, and they found something much better with a private owner. Read the reviews, and don’t let Emerald Coast tell you its all fixed now. They told me that, but it was not true!

The lay out of the condo and space was very roomy. The property/pool/restaurant were very clean and well kept; food was really good in restaurant. But the kitchen in condo was barely stocked- not even pot holders or kitchen towels. No dish soap, no cleaning supplies or extra anything in condo, including the bare minimum in shower towels. There were no blankets at all on any of the beds, nor any in any closet and we were there when it was wicked cold. The penthouse patio had three chairs and no table as shown on the website, no end table and there was a broken chair and table just left in corner of patio. We had to call maintenance because one of the showers did not work and the wifi kept going out. When we found the modem in the closet there were so many wires, plug ins that were rigged into multiple additional electrical outlets- there is no way this could pass an inspection. Overall, the resort and the condo are nice, beds slept well, beautiful views for porch, grounds well kept, and a great location. It is really sad that the mgmt company has not kept it up, or shown care in providing more basic things for guests because we probably would have stayed here again if they had

The condo had not been cleaned when we arrived well after check in. Took many calls and a couple hours to get clean bedding and towels. Condo itself was not as presented on web, old torn furniture, patio furniture was broken with no furniture at all on upper deck. Facility itself was nice, pools were heated on cooler days, restaurant was good, had nice shops and close to lots of activities with a wonderful beach.

This was the worst condo we have ever stayed in. Extremely poorly maintained. Very unhappy with both accomodations and service from your management company. Would not recommend you to our friends or use your services again. That property needs to be pulled from rentals until it gets a complete update. Furniture falling apart, totally filthy, light above dining table not even wired with electricity. Had to use lanterns to dine and to play cards. Your agent showed no interest in addressing any of these issues

Kids said best trip ever!
This condo was more spacious than we needed for 2 adults and 3 kids but my children left saying it was their best vacation ever. We’ve been to Edgewater plenty before but this check in and out was the easiest yet. We arrived very early and the condo was completely ready for us. The complex stafff checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Then we wanted to stay one more day and the manager was so easy to take care of us. I would stay here again.

The things that I was most disappointed in were the fact that you are charged a big cleaning fee but the resort is not even cleaned when you get there. The cleaner is ripping the owners off. Second, it says this unit has 4 bedrooms. It truly only has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds. The 3rd bedroom was suppose to have 2 queen beds. I fill like one of the beds may have been a queen but one was definitely a full. Then on the main floor it had a pull out bed in the couch and an ottoman that could be a twin pullout. Upstairs there was a full bathroom which was nice and a pullout couch bed and another ottoman twin pullout bed. The furniture on the rooftop deck was not in good shape. All the pillows on the beds and in the closets were stained and all pullout beds had food and cru s in them when opened. Having the 4 bathrooms were perfect for many to get ready to go places. I would encourage you to bring some dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish soap. Washer and dryer worked great. No wait on elevator. Staff was friendly other than a few guards at entrance/exit. Some of them were grumpy when it come to looking at your parking tag. Others give you and thumbs up and send you on your way.
