Nestled in Seville, this attractive condo for R 2,852 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This magnificent and bright apartment located on the 38th Street Lumbreras, is a duplex penthouse is located on the second floor of the building, with its easy access through their Andalusian public areas. The apartment has two private terraces, one next to the kitchen, equipped for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, thanks to our great weather almost all year. The second terrace, on top of the duplex, serves as a solarium, where you will enjoy great privacy while sunbathing, reading, etc. The apartment is equipped with sheets, blankets and towels. Equipped the apartment with soap, toilet paper, detergent, garbage bags and dish soap welcome. The apartment consists of a magnificent living room lit naturally through a double window. It is spacious and elegantly decorated and practical turn bright colors, as our city, allegorical pictures of our folklore and tradition. It has a comfortable and large five-seater sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, accompanied by a reading lamp. It also includes a modern upholstered armchair, a coffee table and TV cabinet that houses a magnificent 32 "plasma with international channels and a connection completely free wireless internet during your stay in the apartment. The dining room attached to the living room, consists of a large steel and glass table, 8 chairs and decorative lamps. There is also an elegant desk where you can check your travel documents, work, etc. The kitchen is very practical and large, is fully equipped with everything necessary for you to prepare and enjoy your own food. A refrigerator with large capacity is perfect for anyone who spends more than a couple of days with us ally. It also is equipped with washing machine, with programs for all kinds of clothes, ceramic digital four fires, kettle (Kettle), coffee maker, toaster, microwave-grill, juicer, blender, iron, crockery, glassware and cutlery for all people as well as pots, pans and other utensils in a state of impeccably maintained that make this kitchen one of the better equipped you can find in tourist apartments. The three bedrooms are decorated with soft colors and a practical and comfortable furnishings that make them a suitable place to rest, are distributed as follows:   The master bedroom, lit naturally, consists of a comfortable double bed, individual reading lights and a large closet for your luggage and other accessories such as boards, that will make your stay more comfortable. The second bedroom, naturally lit, as it overlooks the main courtyard, dating from the early twentieth century, consists of two beds 'twin', individual reading lights, a large mirror and a wardrobe of great capacity. The third and last bedroom is on the first floor of the duplex, is independent and enjoys a private terraces, having its own bathroom for your convenience. The main room, modern and spacious bathroom is located on the lower floor of the duplex, serving two bedrooms and lounge. For convenience, there is a second bathroom on the upper floor of the duplex, which serves primarily to the third bedroom. In both you can enjoy a refreshing shower after a hard day's work or stroll through our city. The apartment is located in the heart of Seville, within the historic center, one of the most monumental and important in Europe. Our magnificent building Lumbreras Street # 38, whose type is house-yard, popular style of the twentieth century, with its majestic facade dating from its origins in 1906, makes your stay converge in a historical space that became part of the garden the Convent of San Clemente and Santa Clara, one of the most important of Seville. The building was restored in 2009 by the owners, family of architects and interior designers who have managed to converge original materials such as marble, wooden beams or metal, with other avant-garde such as Venetian plaster and monolayers to achieve a modern design and according to XXI century. The interior of our apartment has quality materials, such as double glazing on the windows 'double glazing' foot and a half walls of brick, acoustic walls in those walkways, shutters, premium sanitary fittings, security doors art, safe, etc. We hope your stay is to your liking.

Overall we had a great time. Brilliant location, very central to everything. Hop on hop off buses good to get you around. Lots of bars and restaurants around to choose from. Would definitely recommend this apartment and location.

I traveled to Spain with 4 friends and we were overall happy with our stay here. The location was great and in walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean and well-maintained (be advised that there is no elevator). Once we were able to check-in, Carmen was great with explaining everything in the apartment and helpful with suggestions. We did have a few issues though. I called the number provided 3 times to confirm our arrival at the apartment and no one answered. We waited outside for about 15 minutes before Carmen opened the door. Once we were able to enter the apartment, Carmen was great and extremely helpful. Another issue we had was the shower on the first floor. The design of the glass is not long enough to block the water from splashing everywhere, so the bathroom floor got wet after every shower. Lastly, there was not enough hot water to provide nice hot showers for 5 people in one day. One of my friends had to forego washing her hair one day. She was the last to shower out of the 5 of us and could not handle the cold water.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were two bedrooms on one level and a loft bedroom with a Terrace on the upper level.. It is a galley kitchen but there is a dining room / living room combo. Overall everything was Modern and clean but the area itself had a sewage smell. I don't think it had anything to do with the property itself but maybe Seville's water system. It would come and go, it was not persistent the entire time. Contact person was friendly and helpful and informative! Although I wouldn't buy the trolley tickets from them again. We were sold tickets for the green trolley and I have a feeling it was not the best choice.

l'alloggio è completo di ogni comodità, con aria condizionata in ogni locale, bagni ben curati e di buon livello, due terrazze private e una comune dove poter prendere il sole in tutta tranquillità. La posizione è a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalle zone d'interesse, in un bel contesto (quartiere Macarena), ben servito dai bus. Per chi ha bambini da considerare la vicinanza al parco giochi Isal Magica. Tutto perfetto ,così come presentato.
