Nettes Hotel

Super Lage in Kyoto! Sehr sauber und angenehme Zimmer.

Kein Roomcleaning aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen, dafür aber täglicher Handtuchwechsel.

個人やカップル向けのホテル

家族４名（大人二人、子供二人）で宿泊。朝食が美味しかった。特に和食の配膳は見た目も美しく、小さな鍋物が一品とおばんさいが数品、ご飯と味噌汁が付き、量もちょうどでお腹にも優しい。子供たちにはミニブッフェのみとしたのも正解だった。角部屋だったので部屋が広く、浴室もトイレが別。お風呂も広々としていて、入浴剤で毎日その日の疲れが癒せた。周辺にとても美味しい飲食店があり、フロントからマップをもらえる。推薦してくれた店に予約をお願いすると、フロントがとても快く対応してくれた。歩いて数分のところにコンビニもいくつかある。四条河原町までは徒歩で行けるが、ホテルから5分ほどのバス停から清水寺や金閣寺行きのバスにも乗れ、とても便利だった。

チェックイン時に予約が見つからないと言われ大変焦った。「デラックスツインは各階に一部屋のみの角部屋」と言われていたが、「角部屋」の利点は広さ以外特になかった。立地上眺望が望めない点は予め伝えられていたが、窓を開けるとすぐ目の前が隣室の窓、というのにはやはりがっかりした。朝食会場は狭く、四人掛けテーブルが全て個人客に占領されていて、家族連れは大テーブルで相席、というのはそもそも誘導に問題がある。それを年配の女性スタッフにやんわり指摘すると、露骨に不快な接客をされた。予め宿泊人数をBooking.comの予約時、またメッセージ機能を使って伝えてあるにも拘らず、チェックインした部屋には子供のパジャマとスリッパがなかった。子供たちのパジャマに関しては清掃時にタオルとともに用意してもらうようお願いしておいたが、清掃スタッフにその旨が伝わっておらず、滞在期間中毎日その旨をフロントに連絡しなければならなかった。部屋のカーペットに何かをこぼしたシミが広がっていた。清掃でも落ちないようなシミなのだとは思ったがいい気持ちはしなかった。 *** ホテルビスタプレミオ京都和邸からの返答について「子供には大きすぎるので、翌日からは子供のパジャマは入れなくてよい」という趣旨のお願いはしていません。事実と異なります。「パジャマはいらない」とこちらから言っておいて３日連続でパジャマをお願いしたらその時点で疑問が生じるのでは。つまり宿泊客からのリクエストが正しく伝わっていなかった、あるいは情報が更新されていなかったということでしょう。

Good place for visiting Kyoto

Good location, helpfull front desk staff, ok japanese breakfast. Big plus for hotel was that they allowed us change dates last minute, as due to typhoon it was impossible to reach Kyoto (all shinkansen were cancelled).

Honesty

we stayed for 1 week for 24368 yen, in a spacious room, from 1st to 8th august. The location: less than 5 minutes walk from the metro station, and very close to some bus stops with dozens of lines passing by. Close to typical bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Reception staff: poor English but very kind. Floor Staff: Although I don't know them personally, they are honest people. I made a mistake by leaving the safe open with all the contents and when I returned, nothing was missing. Clean and spacious room

Excellent, welcoming base for seeing Kyoto

This is a gorgeous hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was compact but well equipped and thoughtfully designed. The hotel's interior is lovely and calming.

Superb

Close to shijo karasuma stop. Perfect ti visit Kyoto. Friendly staff and very clean room. Appreciate the service of delivering luggage to next hotel. Japanese breakfast just perfect.

Great location, lovely staff and nice stay overall

Wonderful staff who are genuinely friendly and care about your comfort. They spoke English and Chinese well. I loved how spacious, clean and comfortable the bathrooms were. Amenities were all provided and I lacked nothing. Very nice lounge area and beautiful minimalist Japanese decor throughout. The location is in some quiet back streets so you can rest well at night, yet there are many eateries and transit options nearby, and tourist hotspots are within walking distance. I would stay here again.

You can't open the windows, and sound travels a bit in this hotel so you can sometimes hear flushing, walking, etc. However, this was not a problem for me as the other guests kept normal hours and were respectful. I am a light sleeper, so this should not be an issue for most.

Beautiful and calm hotel

Beautiful hotel with spacious, neat and clean rooms. Bathroom was large and had a separate shower and bath. We also appreciated the full length mirror! Will stay here again!

Located near Shijo station and around wonderful places to eat and drink.

I came for two nights to see friends and just needed somewhere to rest my head, so I choose somewhere quite central and reasonably priced. Coincidentally, the hotel is located just 10 minutes by foot away from my friend's house. My room was a bit small, but it came with a nice-sized bath tub and queen-sized bed. It was very quiet throughout the day, and I was very pleased to be provided with a fresh sleeping gown to sleep in at night. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic to help. The breakfast was unexpectedly sumptuous for the price; a traditional Japanese breakfast including the continental western-style buffet. Exceeded my expected in quite wonderful ways.

The rooms were a little small, but no other weaknesses.

Comfortable, good location, great breakfast

The breakfast was great and it changed every morning which is really a great plus when you are staying in hotels for several weeks. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very big and comortable. I was on the last floor, did not have any noise in the room, slept like a baby. Great location, I went almost everywhere on foot, especially for going out in the evening.

The room size is just a bit small for one person, I did not have a lot of luggage, so it did not bother me. But there are no wardrobes and it is difficult to organise if you're staying more than couple of days. Maybe two person rooms are bigger.

Little pricy but a good stay. Very friendly staff and clean hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

For 15000Yen for one night, it would have been nice to have atleast some breakfast included. Also, too many furnitures in one room. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.
