The house has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space to relax indoors and out. TJ provided great communication before and during our stay.

Great location to easily go to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and stores a short drive away. Worked out really well for our large group of friends. Outdoor space was great but bring some bug spray for the evening.

We can’t thank TJ and Kate enough for sharing their amazing home with us! From our arrival to being greeted with a lovely note and kind gift basket, to a kitchen filled with everything and more to cook meals in, to comfortable spaces to enjoy and a wonderful outdoors to enjoy the ocean air. We so appreciated TJ checking in on us to ensure we were doing okay and for quickly answering our many questions as we got settled. Thank you and Kate again for such a wonderful two weeks!

This is a wonderful home and location to enjoy a family vacation. The home is well equipped, close to the beach, and the owners are very accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!!!

My family and I had a great time here for 2 weeks getting ready for my daughters wedding and then relaxing afterwards. Kate and TJ were such great hosts providing everything we could need and then some. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to get ready and good light for photos I’m hoping to get to return for another week or two

We went with another family. The property was great and the communication was some of the best I’ve experienced in my travels. The lone disappointment, which is in no way a reflection on the owners, was that the Sandwich beaches were particularly rocky this summer, so we ended up driving to a different beach even though the property is walkable to the Sandwich town beaches. Overall it was a great experience.

Our family had a great time at Kate and TJ's Cape house. It provided the home away from home feel and a place for a much needed vacation for our family. We were able to make family meals at the rental and enjoy them on the brick patio or roof deck. Even with some bad weather days, we enjoyed some reading in the sunroom. Our dog Molly enjoyed her stay as well and there was even a dog leash hook by the outside door! Kate and TJ were great hosts and we hope to rent with them again. The Biedermanns.

The house was perfect for our family. The house was equipped with all the essentials and even had baby gates available to keep the kids safe near the stairs. The walk to the beach was easy even with two kids in tow. The owners were in touch often to check in and were always helpful. Definitely a place I would stay again.

Location, location, location! I loved staying at this house! It is minutes from the beach and the beautiful Sandwich Boardwalk and offers a beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay. It is decorated in a lovely beach theme and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you’ll need for meal prep. We rented for an extended stay and TJ & Kate were very helpful and checked in regularly to make sure all was well. I would definitely stay there again and will highly recommend it to my friends and family when they come to MA for a Cape Cod vacation. Thanks again, TJ and Kate!

It was close enough to all of the shops, delicious restaurants, and the grocery store, yet far enough removed to really be able to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and quality time with family. There was plenty of space in the house for all of us to have some quiet time and also gather together around the fire pit, or large outside table. After a storm passed through, there was a power outage in the area and TJ was very quick to check in on us and even came to offer assistance! The house was equipped with games and movies to keep us entertained during the downpour! We would highly recommend this slice of paradise to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

Wonderful place to stay. Within walking distance of the beach, friendly neighborhood, great background to hang out in and eat a meal, comfortable and clean house. It was a great getaway for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog).

The house was absolutely perfect for our family; spacious, comfortable and in a great location, walkable to so much. With so many bedrooms everyone had their own space, and my parents were so relieved we could bring the four legged family member as well. The hosts were extremely communicative. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful. Perfect location! We had 6 adults and 4 kiddos ranging from 10 months to 5 and we had plenty of room and a great stay! Tj and Kate were great! Easy communication and responded to any questions ASAP from the time we booked till the time we checked out! We can’t wait to go back!!

We had an amazing stay here this week! The house was wonderful; perfect location, clean, big enough for our group of 7. The outdoor shower was one of my personal favorites! The beach down the street was great, it was less than a 10 min walk down and at low tide the water was gorgeous! We were pleasantly surprised at the backyard upgrades; we used the fire pit a few times and the patio was great to eat outside. We also enjoyed a few nice nights up on the roof deck. I highly recommend this house; TJ was very attentive and made sure we were all set for our stay. Hoping we can come back next summer to do it all again!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay from the great rooftop deck, outdoor area and short walk to the beach. Kate and TJ were great hosts and made sure that we had everything we needed upon arrival. The location was perfect if you are looking for a short walk to the beach. Beach does not have lifeguards, but perfect if you want a quiet beach on the bay. The house is charming. It is in a very nice neighborhood walking distance to the beach. My grandchildren enjoyed playing in the yard and sitting at the picnic tables. The upper level deck is great for meals, star gazing at night and it offers great views of the area. .The decor is beachy and very attractive. Enclosed porch offered water views and a perfect place to sit and play games or hide from the rest of the family . The bathrooms are updated and the outside shower is nice and clean. Air conditioning was a big plus not always found in rentals. The Owners are very helpful and respond quickly to any questions.

My wife and I stayed at the property and had our two adult daughters, son-in-law, and my parents stay with us. The layout of the property offered us our own space (hanging out on the screened-in porch was a favorite place), and allowed us to get together around the dining room table at night for board games. The house was very clean and the location of the property was awesome. We went to the main town beach and walked the boardwalk, and also went down the street to the residential beach. Sandwich was a wonderful town and we really enjoyed the canal museum (free) and the glass museum (free on Fridays - I think). Finally, TJ met us at the house to help us get settled, and was always a phone call/text away if we needed anything.

We stayed with 8 adults and had plenty of room!! 5 bedrooms and large gathering areas with plenty of seating (outdoor picnic tables...rooftop deck...living room...) made our family feel right at home. Oh and it’s across the street from the beach! Thanks guys for an unforgettable vacation!

This vacation rental was exactly what we were looking for on our 2 week vacation. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with 2 bathrooms. It had more than enough space to accommodate my whole family and the decor was perfect for a beachy location. Everything was provided except linens (which the owner told us in advance so no problem there) and we were able to bring the dog which was great because he loved the yard. The upstairs deck is awesome and perfect for a family with a toddler too. There are bars on one side close enough together so that no one can get their head suck or fit through and the other side is plexi glass so you can see out to the water. The outdoor shower is simply amazing. The owner also let us use the garage which was great to store our bikes and other beach stuff. The owner also met us at the house on day 1 to go over everything and make sure we didn't have any issues. Very nice family and I would rent from them again if the opportunity comes up.

Great location next to the beach. We could watch the grand children from the second floor porch. House is in great shape, everything works. Location is great. We walked to a near by restaurant several times. A short drive distance will take you everywhere you want to go. We are planning going back.

We had a great stay! Although the weather was not the greatest, we made the best of our stay. The beach is just across the street which was so convenient. We explored Sandwich! Walked the canal, went to the boardwalk and the Heritage Museum. TH and Katie were so great to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was ok! I would definitely recommend this home to stay in!

We had a great week in sandwich. The house was awesome, clean and beds were comfortable. Beaches not as good very rocky and a lot of seaweed. My only complaint is that we wish the owners would supply a few more things like kitchen towels, beach chairs and some shade for the deck. All in all we still enjoyed our week . Thank you TJ

A fantastic location, very close to the beach in historic Sandwich. Our arrival time was late but the owner waited to accommodate our schedule. He met us at the house and provided all the information needed to settle in comfortably. The property was good condition and lived up to its description. We had six adults and not one complaint which allowed a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The home owners are very communicative and care about the renters experience.
