This is a waterfront 2 bdrm 1.5 townhome located in Little Harbor Beach Community Resort in Tampa Bay. Our guests get access to all of our incredible amenities including Bahia Beach, Fitness Center, Sunset Bar & Grill, Hooks Bar & Grill, 250 foot pier, two pools, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, playground, picnic area, shuffleboard, corn hole zone, dog friendly area, beach rentals (kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, umbrellas) and golf cart rentals. First floor is the garage, second and third floor is the living area. This is why we have gorgeous water views from 4 balconies. No elevator. * Regular Coffee Pot (bring filters/coffee/sugar/cream if needed) * We provide two beach chairs. If you need more, South shore Watersports Rents Chairs and Umbrellas for $5 (all day use). * There are two Marina's onsite for a boat slip and more information contact Little Harbor Marina in Ruskin and/or Antigua Cove in Little Harbor in Ruskin. search them up online. * You can park your trailer and boat in carport, usually fits. If it does not fit you would need to park in the marina or right outside the community. Ask for details. * You can rent Fishing Poles/Bucket and buy bait at the Marinas as well. * How do I check in? I will contact you for your check in process and will give you the updated door code the day of your arrival. The bathtub has a height of 2 feet or more to climb into, not ideal for anyone elderly or with bad joints. The bathtub also backed up quickly and had a hard time draining. It has a very private balcony and was nice to watch the birds and the manatees.

We had a good trip. We enjoyed the house. It had balconies from each bedroom and the living room. The pool was right by the river. The beach had beautiful sand. The water was icky due to red tide ( no fault of the property owners or manager). The overall view of the bay was beautiful as was the sunset! If you are coffee drinkers I would bring your own cup or get disposable hot cups as there is only one coffee cup. Overall it was a great experience!

We had a good trip. We enjoyed the house. It had balconies from each bedroom and the living room. The pool was right by the river. The beach had beautiful sand. The water was icky due to red tide ( no fault of the property owners or manager). The overall view of the bay was beautiful as was the sunset! If you are coffee drinkers I would bring your own cup or get disposable hot cups as there is only one coffee cup. Overall it was a great experience!

We had planned this trip last June to be our last as a family before my son ships off for the Navy in September. We had debated going not knowing if beaches or pools would be open due to covid but figured it was all private so didn't think they would close. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Not the managers fault at all. I will say booking this property was a hot mess. I had changed our dates to arrive a day early and it totally screwed up everything. At one point I wondered if the booking agent was legit because I was sent to a different place to process a payment. and the manager definitely lacked the proper communication in my opinion. She would only communicate through text and maybe email and that was sketchy at times. The booking was such a mess at one point I asked to speak to her personally and she would not answer her phone. I understand text and email complete a trail but it is what made me wonder if I had booked a scam. She did however help us check in a day even earlier than our original change which was great. We loved the area and property. From the minute we walked in our favorite thing to do was watch the manatee play from the back balcony. Some things that could use some help: The beds in both rooms were very hard. They could use an upgrade, The shower head was awful, that def needs replacing. We had booked 3 weeks and when we arrived we had no cleaning products. I had to buy everything including a broom. Trying to get these things during the pandemic was fun. Days after we went into the garage and did find a broom but too late by then. The kitchen was bare bones. I had to buy a baking pan and measuring cups. And some beach chairs would be nice for those able to use the beach. Outside the Little Harbor area was pretty bleak. Grocery shopping was pretty close but there was not much else going on close by except the little red trailer on the way to Little harbor that did Bar B Que was great FYI. Pluses: the area had 2 restaurants which would of been very convenient, saw dolphins, could of rented boats or gone on cruises, great area to walk, neighbors seemed nice and a lot of younger families amongst the retired which was great.. We wish we could of enjoyed it in its full capacity. Overall I would recommend this area and property, but I would also recommend the manager work on communication.

Would of been great if it hadn't been for pandemic
We planned this vacation back in June of 2019. It was our last family trip with our son who is leaving for the navy in the fall. We debated about coming not knowing if anything would be open but we had hoped since they had a private beach and pool we would be okay. Unfortunately everything closed. If it had remained open this place would of been great. Couple complaints: We had planned to stay for 3 weeks, The condo did not provide much in the way of cleaning supplies so I had to buy everything. The kitchen was minimally stocked, had to buy a few things like measuring cups, and baking pans. I would of also thought being there for 3 weeks more paper products would of been supplied but they weren't. Beds could use an upgrade, and the shower head as well. A couple of beach chairs would be a nice addition if you're able to go to the beach. Communication with the manager could be frustrating at times. I would go a day or more before a reply at some points. Positives: Great community, the balcony over looking the mangroves was awesome. We watched the manatee play everyday, beach was great if we had been able to utilize it more than 1 1/2 days. It was nice to have 2 restaurants on the property even if it was just for take out. The property itself was clean, loved the 3 balconies and the option of a garage. Overall if this stupid pandemic hadn't hit we would of had a great vacation.

Plenty of room for our family. We were grateful for the pet friendly option. Unfortunately, it had a smell that a dog was there and the carpets were a bit loved. We loved the private beach and the restaurants here too.

Did i mention it was by a cop? Smh.... Also everything shuts down at 10p.m.. Too much to type about the situation but very uncomfortable outside of the condo. But it is a nice looking place.

Spent a long weekend here, enjoyed the direct view of sunsets from upper floor balcony. Restaurant on property was great, live music nightly. Safe and quiet area. Unit was nice, full size stacking washer/dryer was an unexpected bonus.

Great property!
Beautiful property. When we first got there the tv and internet weren’t working. The owners responded immediately and gave us an upgraded property at no additional cost to us. We also asked for early check in which they were able to accommodate. Renting the golf cart was super easy and I’m so glad we spent the extra money on it!

Perfect Vacation
The property was beautiful. The garage was a nice addition. We had also rented a golf cart for the week which was well worth the money to go back and forth to the beach and fishing pier. The fishing was slow at times but in Virginia you have to take a charter to catch the fish we were catching right off the pier. Having a kitchen so Mom could cook her son who is in the Coast Guard home cooked meals was a hit. The only issue we had is that the reward card that we tried to use was out dated and some of the places wouldn't accept it and the menus were out of date. The bed in the master was wobbly and very uncomfortable. But we couldn't have been more happy with our vacation. Relaxing and the owner was very helpful because we had to be moved before we arrived to a different condo. Thank You Harbor View you have created countless memories.

Great Getaway
Perfect unit for a relaxing week in sunny Florida. Very spacious unit that was clean and great for our 6 person group! Will definitely plan on returning if ever in the area.

Beautiful beach, cozy condo
Would have been absolutely perfect if the description had showed that I had to go 1 flight up to the front door. My parents are both over 65 and didn’t like all the climbing up and down. Location was perfect, walking distance to beach was perfect. Kitchen was great to have meals at home.

The townhouse had everything we needed and was very well taken care of and very comfortable, our kids enjoyed it all as well.

Nice efficiency condo. There were a few annoying things like paying for the electricity and the Shower could be updated. Carmen said theyre about to change the electricity thing though. The condo's were out of the way of big time attractions but again not really a big deal. The bahia beach is not very nice :/ a local even said bahia beach is what they call the "shit beach". We didnt go for that beach though, anyway. Wouldn't recommend the sunset grill. Horrible service and worse food. As for the rental owner Carmen she does all she can and is extremely caring and intelligent.

Our stay was a dream come true
We were looking for a place to relax, but with necessary facilities close by. We found the perfect place in this resort community. A two story, nicely furnished, exceptionally clean and comfortable town house. The booking was informative, and pricing was very reasonable. The local manager Bill was great, available to answer any questions that weren't already covered in the helpful binder of information we found on the kitchen counter upon arrival. The neighborhood was perfect for our morning bike rides and runs. There were two great waterfront restaurants a few minutes walk from the house, and several other good local restaurants 5-10 minutes drive away. What the community market did not offer, we found at the local Walmart or Winn Dixie grocery store, which were both close by. Everything we needed was just around the corner. We enjoyed the pool and the evening hours at the beach admiring the beautiful sunsets. Our stay was a dream come true! I would highly recommend it and I have already sent the link to several of my friends. Rachel S.

Nice Property but Misrepresented
This property is advertised as Tampa but it's actually 30 minutes from Tampa. It's a long drive to ANYTHING! The pictures make you think you have a view of the beach. You actually have a little bit of a view of the bay through the very full trees. The townhouse was clean and well maintained. I have never stayed in a place where they read the power meter at the beginning and end of your stay. You pay a separate amount for the power used. I was very uncomfortable with this because I had no idea how much that would be. I really didn't like this policy. During our first and second day at the townhouse, construction was going on next door. It was VERY annoying! On the second day when I had all I could take of the noise, I contacted the property manager. They really didn't do anything and told me I should have called them sooner cause there was nothing they could do at this point. I thought they should have offered some compensation for our discomfort. The Tiki bar and restaurant on the property are good. There are very few places to eat in this area. It's pretty isolated! I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. The beach left alot to be desired and it was too far away from everything.
