I travel quite a bit...and this was one of the best properties I've stayed at. The house was very clean, organized, well appointed and communication with the management team was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!

The house was lovely, exactly as pictured. What made this a 5 star stay was the check in process and customer service provided while we there. Texts and emails checking in and asking how they could make the stay better. Nice touch.

The house is wonderful! Spacious enough for all to have their own bedrooms and space to gather to visit or eat!! Love the outdoor space as well! An hour later checkout would be fabulous!!

The house suited our family of 3 couples and a single. It was a beautifully kept place inside and outside. It was roomy and comfortable. We cooked in the kitchen and had plenty of storage space in the pantry. It was a great place to stay!!

Worked very well for the 5 of us for our mtb trip. Close enough to town for convenience but in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space everything we needed for meals too.

We spent Thanksgiving week at Hawk House. It was wonderful, had everything we needed. Only two problems, the nice large tub in the master bath that I was looking forward to soaking in, did not have hot water :(. The other issue was several light bulbs were burned out. Master shower was very nice. Would stay again, really wanted to try that tub.

Fabulous Stay!
What a fabulous home ! We were just a few minutes to the Colorado National Monument which made it perfect for a sunset adventure. The backyard was wonderful and the owners thought of everything we needed.

Been here twice and our only complaint is the lack of utensils in kitchen. A spatula is a basic utensil and there is not one except for huge grill spatula - argh! Thanks for ice trays. Needed those. The master bedroom tv is not in working order. Bummer.
The outdoor spaces are lovely and the garage is great for all out bikes.

We are so grateful to have a home that could accommodate our family with dogs, children and adults. The home was relaxing with all kitchen needs for every meal we made. Moon Farm was very special for the kids and the bikes were wonderful!

Biking with the boys
Great trip to Fruita for some biking adventures and this place was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, soft towels, accommodating and quick mile+ ride into town. Would be happy to stay here again if we come back to the area. Recommended

Perfect house for a family mountain bike escape!
We had two families with 4 kids under the age of 8. It was a central location for 18rd and GJ riding. It was also super close to downtown Fruita for all our takeout needs. Only issue was the kitchen faucet was broken on arrival but the maintenance team was super responsive and had it fixed quickly. Highly recommend this house!

Had a wonderful weekend stay at this property. Very clean, roomy, and way more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The place has a nice yard, and is great for pets. The only thing I could put down as a negative would be the corner lot, and how much traffic goes by. It’s not really a bother, just noticed a lot of cars having to hit the stop sign, and I think mailboxes on the side. Oh, and a neighbor or solicitor stopped by, which was strange, but understandable I suppose. Aside from that, we had a great stay.

Cycling group love the property
Loved the location. Close to cycling on the road or trails in area. Garage allowed us space to store our bikes and equipment. Living space was lovely.
We did a lot of cooking at the property and found the utensils very basic. Would have liked a few more utensils(scissor and spatula), trivet for hot dishes in table, or a few more hot pads. Found the dishes poorly cleaned in cabinets. Pots , plates and pans had to be washed before we used them. Maybe an issue with the dishwasher. Overall we loved the place

My family all met in Fruita for the Thanksgiving weekend, and we had a great time. The house was in a good location for the things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again.

EXCEPTIONAL!
It was everything they say it is. Extremely clean - and I am picky! Owners are wonderful to work with and do everything right! Definitely stay here if you’re looking in the Fruita/GrandJunction area.
