Overall our stay was great! The owners could update and replace the outdoor pool furniture. Not a huge issue but it was significantly worn down from the 3 years since we had been there. The place was clean overall, but we did find a pair of childrens underwear in one of the bathrooms. I know this unit is privately cleaned, not cleaned by Elliott, so the owners might keep that in mind. The cleaning crew just needs to slow down just a little on rushing to clean. It’s a big house and takes time to clean. The home slept all 14 of us very well. Kitchen is huge and love the long dining table so we can all eat together. I love renting from Elliott because they have a system in place that moves quickly and efficiently.

Family Trip
This was the one year anniversary of the passing of my husband. I wanted to do something for my boys and their families to help us celebrate their Dad’s life and legacy, something full of happiness instead of sadness. I wanted to help them remember the good times while creating new memories. This place was perfect and amazing. I Loved that there were 4 ocean front bedrooms. The pool was huge and we loved the hot tub. The ocean views were spectacular. I loved the gourmet kitchen and the extensive dining seating!

Wonderful home for our large group!!
What a perfect first trip to Myrtle Beach in the BEST house!! Wow....this home did not disappoint at all. Everything listed is completely accurate which is a first for me and my other trips. Usually the pics are not accurate upon arrival but actually, the pics do this home no justice. Its close to shops and food and a short drive to Barefoot Landing for even more shops and food options. You will not be disappointed...just go ahead and book now before its gone!

Generally good, minor issues
Beautiful place - huge and comfortable for a large group - we especially loved the large covered decks and open kitchen, bar, and great room for large gatherings. We had a couple issues with the elevator not working, but the maintenance man showed promptly to address the issue. The hot water takes a while to warm up. The tv remotes caused some consternation, especially for older guests. That said, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Ant infestation ruined our week and Elliott didn’t send a pest control company until the end of the 5th day! Only 2 days that I wasn’t stressed. We had to throw away medicine, food, drinks. We had to go buy ant spray everyday! They were in the beds, we couldn’t use the kitchen

I could not imagine a better property to have stayed at. I have used vacation rentals for years, this was by far my best experience. If I ever were to buy a vacation property, this would be it!! Location - ocean front and more remote, even in peak season. Property was great in every way! Large house, never felt crowded with even 10 adults, plenty of areas for private time. The pool was awesome, large enough for all 10 and still have plenty of space, It was cleaned every day by a service. Very walk-able location to small eateries and bars. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Very modern yet great beach front feel, all quality high end appliances, and designed for large family vacations... a bathroom for every bedroom, movie room, play room, multiple large balconies, many areas where all can aggregate together, 2 large fridges, 2 sets of washer and dryers and much much more. Will always remember this vacation. After 7 days I did not want to leave. Will be my first go to when I return to Myrtle Beach. ENJOY!
