The location of the property was lovely. It would of been spacious if we didn’t have to sleep on the pull of bed. The swimming pool is 5 stars we loved it. The apartment block is very clean and well maintained

I had requested early check in if the property was clean and informed them we would be arriving between 1-2 in the day. When we got there it wasn’t clean which we accepted and they gave us the key and told us we could go into the apartment at 4pm .. so we went up town with our bags. when we arrived at 4pm and entered the apartment it was dirty from the previous occupants they had not started cleaning it yet. When I went down to the property who gave us the keys they were not very helpful and said it should Be done by 6pm. We sat in the property with our bags while it was cleaned. Eventually at 6pm we had the apartment. The lock was broken on the patio door, but we just kept the shutter down when we left. No safe in the room so we had to hide our money etc when we went out. The mattress in the bedroom is very uncomfortable and wouldn’t stop squeaking even if you barely moved. The springs are gone in it. So we ended up sleeping in the sitting room on the sofa bed for the week which wasn’t much better. There was a bad smell continually in the apartment but we plugged in an electrical air freshener that sorted that.
