If you do not want to cook, there are many options to eat out or the delicatessen 1 minute away from the front door. The free parking is very close - couple of minutes walk and the walled town centre is a 15 minutes walk.

The hosts is clear about the fact there is no wifi and this is something that would have lifted our overall rating to excellent

Great location! Saint-Servan is a lively and charming neighborhood. Plus, it's very close from intra by foot and it's really nice to do everything by foot from visits to grocery shopping. The appartment is really spacious and homey, we loved it. Claire is also a great host, she's welcoming and friendly.
