We loved this apartment! Fantastic location and facilities. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Quiet, relaxed and the balcony was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped, comfy bed, comfy sofa. Perfect! Would definitely recommend.

The key to the main entrance was a little stiff / tricky and we thought we weren't going to get in. But we sussed it. There was a knack!

No arrangements to change bed linen at end of first week, but immediately provided on request

Good location great size and value. Had everything you’d need.

Parking space is not suitable for large cars or 4x4s. Very difficult to get in and out. only use with a small car or medium one. There was also a foul smell from one of the showers after it was used and this wasn’t resolved so one bathroom had to be closed off completely for the rest of our stay as it stank the whole apartment out otherwise. Roof is thin and you can hear the lady above a lot late into the night from one bedroom.

The apartment was very spacious and clean in a good location

There was very little left in the apartment, not even a bottle of water or any basic supplies. The umbrella on patio was just too small. It either covered the table or the other end of the patio, we had to keep trying to move it. I really think they should rethink it.

After 21 you have to pay addition 20 Euro to receive keys from apartment, take it into consideration if you have late flight.

It's our second time in the apartment and we love it! Location great, host great, wifi good, all the amenities. Host helps every time and wants to make you feel welcome! We wished for blackout curtains to bedroom and we got them straight away! Same with new electric kettle.

There is some noise from the road next to the apartment but that's everywhere in Funchal!

Location was great for us, we did not want to stay in the heart of Funchal. Walking distance to Forum Madeira and possibility to take nice walks by the beachside. Amazing! Wifi, other amenities and flat itself were wonderful. Host also very helpful.

Do not have any complaints actually.
